We rented 3 rooms after a funeral service for my brother. The hotel was very helpful In Having our rooms near each other and all ready for our late check in. Not was a long day and a restful sleep. Thank You!

Beds were conformable and quiet. Breakfast was very basic, waffles and to go pastries. Wanted to tey out pool and hot tub but it didnt open til 10 am. So qe couldn't.

Hotel was clean. A little outdated. But worth the price you pay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Showers had good water pressure and got hot. No thrills but it got the job done for a quick overnight trip.

Hotel has little to offer for breakfast, just waffles, cereal, and coffee. Guest around me my first night were loud but second day was quiet. Wouldnt book again as there are many other hotels in that same area offering more.

The green areas of tge property were overdue for mowing, etc. This was very noticeable nexr to the other hotels who had what looked like very neatly kept lawns.
The carpeting in the halls needs cleaned or replaced. On the wst to our room, I was hoping it wasn't reflecting what the room would look like, too! It did not, & the room looked/smelled clean;

There was a big safety issue where a man who was either homeless or a drug user entered the facility around 11:00 pm, and it was very startling. Another customer and I were outside and observed the individual and his behavior and it was disturbing. The staff member let him in but he was wondering around. I would’ve left but due to the timing and me not opting to have a refund but due to that we stayed however I was very watchful and it was unsettling because of this part of the experience.

We could hear people running in the hallways, noises from other rooms. We were disappointed in the limited breakfast. Housekeeping did not come in and change our bedding, towels, take garbage or refill soaps during our 2 night stay. Not impressed

This was better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed at! Everything in the room was perfectly placed and very comfortable; the mirrors, the lighting...the only disappointment was that we had severe thunderstorms late night and we had a power outage - there was no communication from the staff as to when the power would come back on, or whether any of of the residents might have needed anything...in any case, I would love to come back and stay again...breakfast options were kind of not that amazing.

We booked through Hotels.com. Hotel did not receive our reservation. Desk person, Kaila, was exceptionally kind and understanding. She worked very hard. She also had help from Manager Kathy who also was helpful. Together they got our reservation. We had a nice breakfast and stay.

Overall the stay was good. The third day of our stay, the toilet was not flushing. Upon my notification, the front desk staff told me that the maintenance guy was off. For her to switch the room, the bathroom has to be out of service. She went to our room with a plunger while we were waiting at the front desk. She came back and said, it was all set.
We were in a rush to visit our family so I didn’t go to my room to check; however, upon our return at night time, it was not working. I had to go to the front desk at 11PM and borrowed the plunger to tackle the issue. The front desk person who told us that it was all set, was gone for the day. I hope to get a response from the owner/ manager of the hotel.

Hotel was clean and nice. Clerk who checked us in was a very nice young lady. Hot tub was hot and pool was warm. A little hot in the pool area but nothing bad. Breakfast was decent but more hot food would be nice. Overall, good hotel and would stay there again.
