Great staff who worked with my wierd unpredictable schedule. The front desk staff was awesome, and the housekeeping staff was so polite as I left.

They didn't have rooms available, even though I booked the room for my wife prior to arriving there. My wife was told they had informed Hotels.com they didn't have anymore rooms hours early. My wife had to travel even further just to find a room with lesser quality and standards. We were extremely disappointed.

very outdated in dire need of a facelift. Dirty and grungy. Rooms are dark and need updated fixtures no usb outlets. I booked room for a little over $100 bucks with pet charge final bill was $230+ We didn't eat in room or take shower. Dog is non-shed we checked in at about 5 and left at 3am. Room was virtually un-used and left in near same condition as when checked in. No coffee available as the machine was out of regular coffee. No attendant at desk at 3am. Got notice for extra pet charge 82.50 a day later after the initial $30 charge at check-in.

The front desk lady with the cool colored hair and glasses was so nice! I had a very long travel day but she made it worthwhile at check-in. My room was clean, comfortable and smelled great. This was my 2nd stay here and if my Husband (Army) and I have to return to the area, this is where we’ll stay.

I really like the hotel and the staff! I like you could check in but it sucks there no breakfast included and my AC kept leaking on the carpet it made the rooms smell weird.

We would stay here again without hesitation. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and didn’t have a “hotel” smell. A couple items awaiting the next remodeling effort but not a big deal. Stay was quiet and uneventful- just the way we like it.

I found a staff very unwelcoming very disrespectful unhelpful also it’s not the standard of IHG at all, and I don’t think that they should be even a part of IC based on the facility the personnel and the climate overall is terrible. It was a terrible experience and it wasn’t the most cleanliness it had terrible odors and also typically I can get a late check out. I talk to the manager and like now we can’t give you a late check out because we have a lot of people coming in and we don’t have a, nobody check in. I went back and rebooked another room with no issues. I had plenty of rooms left. She could’ve gave me a late check out is normally I do I see at 2 PM but that’s the issue. The staff has an attitude Denise some great supervision or better management thank you .

It could be a nice property. Poor management! We called ahead to make sure we could check in late at night and was a sure we could. No one was there to check us in and we had to sleep in our car.

Room was very clean and front desk clerk was super friendly. It was great having a little kitchen too. The only comment we have would be that the bed was a little too soft, but maybe that’s just a personal preference.

The suite was great and very convenient for us. This was the first time we had stayed at a hotel with our dog and it was great. The only thing we were a little unhappy about was the bed in the room was not real comfortable and the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The lady at the font desk was very nice and check-in and check-out were very easy! Would definitely stay again!

Good hotel for the money. Clean and refurbished. Surrounding area is a little bleak but has just enough amenities to make it tolerable. Martie at the front desk was about the nicest person I've ever met.

There is no one at the desk before 10 on the weekends and if you need assistance you are out of luck. The curtain was torn an the one of the lights between the beds didn't work. There was no maid service to the room. I would NOT recommend this hotel to others.
