Bea was so friendly and polite during our check in. Our room was comfortable, the workout room was very accommodating, and the pool was so relaxing.

We had to change rooms because in our first room we couldn’t connect to the internet. We would connect in the hall and loose it when we went in the room. Also, not all outlets worked. I went to sleep thinking I was charging my phone but it was almost dead when I got up.

Room was well stocked, staff was very friendly. Clean and great views.

It was all excellent. Very easy check-in. Friendly staff. Very clean, well kept, and all was in excellent condition.

The stay was just one night and we arrived around 11:00 PM and left the next morning hurriedly at 7:30. My 14 year old daughter has a stuffed rabbit she has carried with her on trips, into the operating room and everywhere since she was 18 months old. So as any parent can imagine, this rabbit has memories attached to it for all of us. We left so fast on Saturday morning that we did not recall taking it back into the car with us and thought we left it in the hotel room. Justin and his staff at the hotel went to great lengths looking for our rabbit, even pulled the hotel video to see that our daughter DID in fact leave with it in her arms... which lead to his rescue and "Rabbit" is now back with our family. I cannot say enough about how friendly and caring the staff, especially Justin, is at this Dublin Hampton Inn!

Great staff, convenient location off the highway

We stay here about every 6 months. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the breakfast has a nice variety of things to choose from.

Wonderful stay! The front desk person, Robert, was very helpful & friendly. The room was large & clean.

Clean hotel, but when I awoke and tried to take a shower there was no hot water. Front desk associate made several excuses, even indicating "no one else had complained". I checked out at 0330 hours. Im sure no one else was awake yet to complain. No refund or other compensation offered.

We liked everything. Had a wonderful stay. The next time we are down that way, we will book with you again.

We enjoy our stay. However, the 1st floor & indoor pool area was uncomfortably cold.

We were given a room that did not have internet on tv. I guess there were two rooms like this and ours was one of them. Not sure why we were still put in this room. We booked in the summer. Our shower was dirty with hair. It didn’t have shampoo and conditioner. We were charged for something in the store but we never purchased anything. We were reimbursed which was good.

Phenomenal stay at Hampton Inn, Dublin, VA in August. The people are extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast is a real great start of the day especially with family. I am looking to travel again to that location, they are booked solid. Highly recommend. Thumbs up to Elia,(sorry I probably misspelled his name) at the reception desk.

Turned bed down and on my sheets was someones long dark hair. May me wonder if sheets had been changed from last guest. Then entering the bathroom, on the floor were toenails. Like someone has sat in there and cut their toenails but clearer never swept the floor. I was turned off by all that. Because it was late, slept on cover on the bed. Don't know if that was any better

My room was quiet and clean. The bathroom floor could stand to have the grout cleaned, but I doubt that is up to the daily staff. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional.

Check in was great. Robert was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly

The room was clean, beds were comfy, a/c worked great! We didn't have any issues. Things of note: it was very humid (everything just had a bit of a damp feeling in the room) and the pet fee is very high (almost as much as the room itself!)

The staff was super helpful & friendly. Mexican restaurant recommended & walkable was really good. Room was spacious. Plenty of towels & washcloths. Shower was really nice.

All was good except Robert at the front desk, had to go back to the desk twice to get the key activated. Zero personality, seemed very flustered and zero attn to detail. Otherwise the room was great, breakfast was good and rest of the staff were nice and accommodating

This stay was our third stay in a year. The location is great, not to busy and quiet. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful!! Room was clean and cozy.
