A lot of construction going on right now obviously because of the past 3 storms, but still a lot of fun. They seem to be kicking butt getting things cleaned up and reapaired/replaced. The Tiki Bar was a lot of fun with solid drinks, but food wasn't very good.

The lighthouse is a beautiful centrally located place to stay near times square. Always ate and drank there in the past but will return soon to stay here again. Lovely place!

If you’re looking to drink 12 hours a day in a pretty awesome tiki bar, this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, a door that you can’t see light around, or warm water in your shower, maybe make a different choice.

Great place. Love the Tiki Bar, perfect location to party. Parking is free but can be challenging. Mold smell coming from the AC, damp, stuffy air, it gave me a headache. Beds were comfy and clean but there was sand all over the floor. Management unwilling to acomodate requests like a minor late checkout even though they were not busy. I'll be back for the location and Tiki crowd and staff. Made me feel welcomed. Charity is great.

It had plenty of room for a one bedroom and it was very close to the beach. They just had the hurricanes so staff was out doing everything possible to be up and running. Rooms could use to have brooms in them to help with sand we brought in.

Coming to Florida from NY to help with hurricane victims who have housing issues, I stayed at the lighthouse and couldn't have been more pleased. Katie at the front desk was very helpful especially when I had a hot water issue. Being just a few days after the hurricane I was very pleased that they were even open. Able to watch the Mets win and have a great burger at the tiki bar and had a Great sleep in the beautiful room.

The Tiki Bar on a Sunday was perfect. However Lighthouse has made the best of a challenging situation. Room was comfy and clean. The hotel and the area around the hotel still suffering from Ian and sadly now may be impacted by Milton. Thoughts and prayers are with all on Fort Myers Beach and surrounding area.

AC leaking onto floor. Floor panels near AC and entrance door buckling. This condition looks like its been going on for quite a bit because floor panels buckling under bed also. Also, My room was located on 3rd floor , I am a senior citizen and elevator was out of order !!

We only came in for the evening, but our stay was good. Got to grab a bite to eat, checkin was good but a little confusing how to get to the main desk through the pool area. We enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the friendliest establishments I have ever been to! They make you feel at home. I’ll being very attentive to your needs to see that your comfort fits. I’m at. The only reason why I got three stars on the condition is because they are rebuilding from hurricane Ian two years ago, and it’s a wonderful feeling to see this community pull together and help each other the way they do. It will definitely restore your faith in humanity.

This is my 2nd year in a row staying at The Lighthouse. Nice to relax in the pool and the bar was open late. They are still rebuilding a bit with the improvements coming along nicely.

The lady at the desk was not nice . I have bad knee . She couldn’t get anything to help me with my suitcase. The inside was terrible. We saw mold in the bathroom. Won’t stay there again.

After three years, my wife and some friends returned to evaluate the area. We stayed just for one night, but we were very pleased to see how nice the hotel was, regardless of the ongoing construction and repairs after the hurricane. The city is clean and seeing some restaurants in the area reopen, and new ones, gives us hope for the recovery and the future of our favorite place in Florida, Ft. Myers Beach. Qudos to all of you, owners, and employees alike, for not giving up and keeping the dream alive. I hope to see you soon again. Next time we will stay longer.

This property is the absolute complete package. Convenience: right in the heart of the Fort Myers scene. Service: second to none. Style: the rooms put you in that beach vacation mood. A place you’ll want to return to again.

The rooms are over the Tiki Bar and the noise went to 2 AM. Then at 7 AM the construction workers on a Saturday morning drilling non-stop.
The main street shut down and one restaurant over the highway.
It looked like a war zone and we should be aware of no beach area too. All are under construction.
Then FPL turned off the electricity in the middle of the night and then off to the afternoon in the hotel and surrounding areas.

We really enjoyed our stay. Despite construction being done to recover from Ian it’s mostly quiet in the area. The room we had was very clean and updated. The tiki bar and pool were great. The location was absolutely perfect! The only issue we had was how hard it was to get our keys in the lock. Took several attempts each time, some injuries and a generous soaking from the rain but we eventually would get the door open. Great place, we will be back.

Despite the reconstruction from Hurricane Ian, the location was clean and easy to navigate. All the staff was accommodating and helpful. It made our stay feel like we were the most important. We frequented to the restaurant and bar but now we’ll always stay there. Loved it.

Security is the best at this place. Chris is the guy. We hated how we had to call front desk to request for towels & toilet paper they just said oh you gotta go down to the laundry room and get it from there. Anything you need you just have to go get it yourself. No room service but other then that everything was good.

The lighthouse! I have stayed at the lighthouse five times. I choose the lighthouse because first it has a balcony. I love a good cigar. Each suite is very nice. And I understand that some of the damage affected the hotel. But the lighthouse is rebuilding and will be bigger and better ever. Great place to stay.
