I didn’t not arrive to the destination although I have informed them my situation. They lied to me about Expedia is the only one that can make changes but when Expedia agents called them they couldn’t answer the phone until the next day. The manager at super 8 Yellowknife is not honest. She assured me that there’s no penalty to change dates but purposely did not pick Expedia calls. I lost 272 dollars for nothing. They are cheaters and greedy people.

The staff were friendly, room was comfortable and clean. The surrounding businesses have a lot of homeless people.

The outside area needs to be cleaned up (flower beds and some garbage picked up).

The only good thing about this property was the amazing friendly professional staff. The hotel itself also has a great location (which is why we stayed there). Next door to Walmart and Tim's. Across the street from subway, pet store, Dollarama. A street away from Coyote's steakhouse. However....they let drunks and homeless hang at the hotel and even sleep on benches outside. We found 40oz bottles of booze all around, abandoned shoes, drunk people screaming outside during the night keeping us up. The hotel has no landscape to speak of. Anywhere there could have been grass they put stones down. God forbid they should have to pay someone for landscape and maintenance. The back of the hotel they just totally let go. The hotel is old, smells old, carpets are nasty. The shower bar was falling off and we were lucky to get a tiny bit of hot water. Breakfast was non existent. Coffee and a mix to make your own waffles but that's it. Not even muffins. I would not stay there again. Staff was awesome and we did what we needed to do but I would not recommend.

Great place to stay, staff are very polite, friendly and professional, facilities are very clean and the property is with a 2 minute walk of shopping stores.

Accommodation was fine, staff was very helpful getting me checked in early. Very grateful for that. Only stayed one night so dont have much else to add. It was however very "expensive" for a Super 8 hotel. $327.00 for one night is extremely excessive!

The commons area and outside are rundown and dirty. The room air conditioning does not work properly. Overpaid for quality you get. Would not stay here again.

Can I please have someone please send me my receipt for my stay from the weekend. When I checked out the gentleman working there said that they do not give our receipts I have to get it from Expedia.

Room was quite clean and the beds are comfortable

The lock for my room door was busted and no longer works. Not a great sign right off the bat. 2 coffee cups were given with the room and 1 of them was dirty with old coffee stains. AC unit doesn’t blow any cold air, most likely from a plugged unchanged filter. Overall a pretty garbage room / hotel. Staff was friendly though
