Front desk staff both evenings and days were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Simon especially.

It was a decent room and it was very clean upon entering. I brought with me my two dogs and it was a very pet friendly experience. I felt welcomed and comfortable. The only thing I’d suggest is to bring your own pillows for a more comfortable stay. Overall it was good for what we needed which was a place to stay with our dogs and not too expensive. There was also breakfast available.

Reasonable room. Weird smell and very strange setup in the room. Bed was serviceable. Tub felt like it was falling apart. Front desk gentleman at check in was very friendly and helpful.

It was a perfectly serviceable 2 Star hotel. Every member of the staff I interacted with was lovely. They had two waffle makers. Yes their breakfasts are very carb high but they were free. Again every member of the staff I met kind and considerate and helpful.

Good for the price

The facility is perfectly fine. However, it is across the street from a small shopping center that is fine during the day but that is inhabited by a number of sketchy once the businesses close. I wouldn’t walk alone off the motel’s premises at night.

Bad location.

The basics of a mid-scale motel were there. Clean linens, comfortable bed, desk, lamps that work, storage for clothes etc. The surface of the bathtub seemed to be peeling, It took two hands to pull the water on/off in the tub. The long straight layout of the building seemed weird. BTW next door there's a McDonalds, so rooms on that side of the motel get to listen to the details of each drive-thru order transaction from early morning to late night.The complimentary breakfast was very basic: few healthy choices, e.g., fresh fruit or yogurt. The place was ok, just not worth the price.

The chairs in the rooms were stained and dirty, there was no way we would sit on them. Breakfast was limited. Two types of bread for toast. Two days the only bread that was left was heals. One day I made a waffle. The syrup was so empty I had to remove the pump and pour it from the bottle. All three days the coffee pots were empty. I asked the young man at the front counter if there is more coffee. All three days he acted put out, he appeared to be doing something on his phone. There was no attendant in the breakfast area. The only person there was the young man at the front counter.

Room was gross and outdated. Feet actually turned black and asking barefoot in room. The room had a bad smell. The clerk said it had just been fumigated because someone smoked in there. Didn’t feel safe at all

1. Carpet in room was kind of sticky when walking barefoot 2. Bath tub was very old and seemed worn-out 3. I could feel the springs on the 1st bed and sunk inside. Luckily the 2nd bed in the room was decent enough and sleep was not impacted so much.

The rooms show a lot of wear and tear, it’s clear that they’re cutting corners to Save money. But then again you get what you pay for.

Great stay!

Very noisy. Can hear everything through all the walls upstairs and downstairs. All the sound travels in the building. People were up until 2:00am being rowdy and no one did anything about it. Got no sleep and will not return again.

Front desk person was helpful. He passed on my request to cancel the july23rd reservation as it was an expedia error that I missed. Room was clean, great bed, very quiet and comfy. I'd stay again.

Simple accommodations. The motel has a bit of a musty odor, but otherwise fine for the price.

The hotel room was in okay condition. But the surrounding area was not safe and drug usage was visible. There were couple of drug addicts were roaming around the parking area and I wasn’t feeling very safe to park the vehicle with the stuff in. So unloaded all the items from the car. The hotel had advertised that they provide breakfast. But had a few oatmeal packets with water. Even they didn’t have coffee in the breakfast bar (had empty coffee dispenser at around 7 a.m.). When I asked, their response was “this is what we provide”. The washroom was spacious but was in a very bad condition. The floor is getting wet and wasn’t sure from where the water coming. The shower was broken and was hanging off. Not recommend for anyone who wants to spend the night peacefully.

Rooms nice and clean close to shopping and food

Really surprising great stay. For the price I was worried what the catch was but it was clean staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. Our shower didn’t have hot water but when we let them know on our way out they seemed very apologetic and seemed like they were on their way to check it out right then. The walls are a little thin if you’re a light sleeper. You could hear people opening their doors.
