I dinged for limited dining. It was about walkability. I wanted to go downtown Bozeman anyway, so I drove. All in all, I was pleased for the money.

This hotel is way over-priced! The layout is funky. From our room on the upper floor we had to go down an extra set of stairs and then go back up a set of stairs and walk thru the laundry area to get to the lobby. The exterior doors dont work properly. The street leading to the hotel had travel trailers, with people living in them . It was all just weird.

We had a hole in the shower wall, the size of a silver dollar, and it leaked onto the carpet that was wet around my bed.so no shower for me. Also, they drug out the police drug out a very shady, looking character and arrested him, And there was a homeless person sleeping on the lawn. No safety issues but not a place I felt safe.

What is the point of having handicap parking and a ramp to the front entrance but ZERO ways for a disabled person to get to the rooms? No elevator and stairs UP and DOWN to the rooms makes it impossible for most people with mobility issues to get to the rooms.
Don't advertise false ADA accessibility with parking and ramp if none of the rooms are reachable.
Broken tub faucet, shaky bed frames on risers and tv cable wires from room next above dangling through the walls above bed.

I stay in many hotels, some of which are much more expensive. I found the breakfast here excellent. The TV offerings are also excellent. Room and hotel very quiet. Excellent value. I would stay there again. Front desk staff were also extremely kind.

We appreciated the availability of a room that accommodates a party of 6. Wifi was poor. A/C had trouble cooling the 3 queen room we were in. Location was convenient, but felt slightly sketchy.

This place was the most disgusting and dirty hotel I’ve ever been in. It was so bad that after turning on the shower (that had no hot water) I watched other people’s hair drain down the brown tub that had cracked sealant and paint, that I just up and left and paid for another hotel. Additionslly, the desk clerk was a complete ass.
Still waiting for a refund. Don’t waste your time

Property was terrible. Had to call 911 due to a fight in a neighbouring room. Walls were paper thin and could hear everything the room beside us was saying. And the shower couldn’t get warmer than lukewarm. Won’t visit again

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The hotel provided an area and cloths for washing motorcycles. Staff was courteous and helpful.

I did not have hot water from the lavatory. I called front desk and it was suppose to get fixed the next day. I arrived at hotel the next day and it wasn't fixed. disappointed in customer service

When we arrived the room had been stripped of all extra furniture and microwave. The only comfort was a rickety chair. There was no chair to watch TV, no table to set things on. There was no microwave. I talked to the guy at the front desk and was assured he would have things brought in. The only change was a microwave was put in the room.
Our door key would not unlock the outside door by our room. The front desk said the computer said it was working and there must be a problem with door lock. We had to walk around motel to get in.
The room appeared clean and smelled clean. Upon close inspection the bed cover was dirty.

The property is located in a very unsafe area. Homeless meth addictive people walking up and down the street to their tents. Dirty room and bathroom. The A/C stopped working during the night. Wyndham properties are poorly managed and poorly maintained.

Very friendly and attentive front desk staff. However, there were numerous people drinking beer in the parking lot each night. In the mornings their empty cans and garbage littered the entire grounds.
