It was a comfortable stay. The only downside is when we went down for breakfast at 9:40 am we were told it ended at 9 am. There was no sign mentioning that and we were not told that the night before. 9 am also seems early to stop breakfast, especially on a weekend as check out time wasn't until 11 am. Most fast food restaurants serve until 10 or 11 am.

It was a one night stay. I will never stay there again. The outside of the building needs to be cleaned up. The free breakfast is a joke. It may be acceptable to others, it's not acceptable for me. It's a dump.

Stay was ok. Room was okay but hallways smelled like marijuana and/or cigarette smoke.

Bed very uncomfortable, pillows sucked, the roller toliet was loose, the sink faucet was wiggly, no iron in room, the face towels were dingy

The bathroom had hair and something sticky on the floor. The bathtub felt gritty and the shower curtain had mold and stains. The "light breakfast" was two types of cereal. We accidentally left an electric toothbrush there and tried several times to call but no one answered the phone. The website says 24 hour front desk. Maybe not for the phone? There was no hair dryer and no iron. Also, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were used already and only half full. Glad we travel with our own!

Breakfast wasn't good

Very nice staff. Check in was easy and problem free. We asked to see the room ahead of time which was no problem. When we walked in there was a huge dent/hole in the bathroom door (both sides). We were very surprised but just confirmed that they have this noted and we will not be charged. Fast forward, getting ready for bed around 11pm and pull the comforter back and there is a burn hole in the top sheet ( looks fresh) and then notice there are also black dirt marks as well. As if from someone's feet when sliding into the bed. Gross! So pretty sure the sheets were not washed. We went to the front desk who in turn asked for the burned dirt sheet and provide us with a new one. Breakfast is simple but nice. Donuts and cereal and I think juice and coffee (which my niece called toilet bowl coffee). Would be nice if there was fresh fruit (apples/bananas) and maybe a pitcher/bottles of nice drinking water. We also found a bug on the bed, but I think it was a moth/mosquito eater and not a roach or bed bug. A/c worked well (loud but I don't mind that). Tv worked. Bathroom was ok minus the damaged door. The shower head could also use replacing as it just sprayed out in one strong stream. You're supposed to be able to change/turn the output but the others didn't work. Bathroom could use much better lighting and a towel rack/hook. There is no place to hang hand towels/bath towels. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay and fit our needs for a place to sleep at night.

The room upgrades was awesome plus the staff was professional and friendly

I didn't that when asking for extra towels U have to give nasty towel back instead leave for housekeep when room gets clean unsanitary also ask for iron want My ID The guy at first office Saturday September 1/24was so rude not friendly.

Beware of hidden $50 deposit fee. I would've like to have known that before i booked. Apon walking in my room it smelled like mens caloung. The linen was not fresh (had hair and food debris in it, floors were flithy (had not been swept). Fridge was nasty and the tables had fresh cup stains on them. The good: Customer services was nice and hotel is quiet. Overall, definitely not worth the price.

Didn’t expect a lot for the price but expect cleanliness. Bath wall had black smudge, shower curtain was molded, floors unswept. If you need clean towels you have to take dirty ones to the front counter and swap them out because they do not tidy the room or bring clean towels. We were on bottom floor and at 5 am sharp the people in the room above were dropping things and making all kinds of noise therefore our days started EARLY.

Property has seen better days. The lobby was hot and uninviting. - The breakfast was not edible for me because it was mostly sugar. - Once I got into my room, it was better … good TV, bed. The bathroom really showed its wear. Lower priced motels should at least add yogurt and hard boiled eggs for those who can’t do so much pastry and sugar.

Hotel was clean and pretty quiet, some expressway noise but not bad. Close to some restaurants and the mall.

The room was a newer room. It fit my needs and I don't have any complaints.

This was possibly the worst check-in I have ever experienced. The people are liars. The people that stay there not good. No breakfast as advertised. I would suggest that no one stay at this creepy place. Worst things than this, but I can’t even get into.

The upgrade very nice. Love the hardwood floors. It was clean. The only thing that needs is a towel rack in bathroom. S unsanitary ti have to lay your towel, on door knob, toilet or tub. Thats worth looking into. Overall I reccommend.

The lights in the room kept coming on in the middle of the night at least 4 xs that I know of. The hot water was very limited I had to take a Luke warm shower. Had to pay $50 dollar for my dogs it wasnt listed in the web site and I could not cancel bc it was the reservation wasn’t refundable
