I was not expecting the Ritz Carlton, but I did expect the rooms would at least be without strange smells, and German cockroaches, crawling all over the place in the middle of the night. I was woken up at 2:30 in the morning, my guy in the hallway, screaming help help help he appeared to be on drugs. I also was in a room right next to the laundry mat in which people were washing clothes and drying them all night long so there was a lot of noise.

Cheap can specify luxury for the price is what you get

It was very nice management ; staff is very friendly i didnt sleep well because if other guest makeing loud noise managenent handled the problem

The room had an overwhelming mildew odor upon entry. Several pieces of the room lighting did not function at all. The bath towel felt like sand paper on my skin. The mattress closest to the exit has sever staining resembling mold. The exterior door is significantly bent at the bottom allowing for both air and light to enter the room. AC worked very well, but smelled as though it was in need of a good cleaning and or new filter. The handout that came at check-in said there would be snacks and juice in lobby. I found no snacks out or signage at the juice machine offering clarification or instructions on how to obtain. We were very disappointed in the condition of the room. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND GOT US IN AND OUT QUICKLY. EXCELLENT DESK STAFF.

Absolutely disgusting. Hair on our sheets, smelled like never washed, beds stained and hard. Bathroom fan so packed with dust, couldn't operate correctly. Water damage and mold on ceilings. Our front door did not shut properly therefore heavy rains would make it rattle.

Staff was great at check-in AND at check-out. Both were friendly and efficient. The room was dated, but pretty clean (I had a few ants and moths in the room and a couple spiders in the corners of the wall - I hate spiders). The battery and battery cover were missing on tv remote. The hair dryer had a large crack in it. It should be noted, neither of these facts affected my stay, just things I noticed. The room was priced was appropriately.
