The worst experience I’ve ever had. We checked in late night/early morning and had been driving all day. We get in the room and it was disgusting. The sheets were dirty. There were stains on the wall that looked like someone had urinated on it. The bed was broken and had no support so you rolled to the middle. When the mattress got lifted to see what was wrong with the bed, there was a used condom underneath it.
The only reason we even stayed at all was because of the time of day and we were exhausted. We went to the front desk and asked if we could check out early and get a refund for the nights we weren’t staying and he said that was fine to check out by 11. (I choose to pay at the hotel)
When we went into the office in the morning there was a different person at the counter who was refusing to issue a refund. He said because it was through a third party there was nothing he could do. He refused to call a manager. I contacted hotels.com (who were amazing). They said because I paid at the hotel he would have to issue the refund. Hotels.com tried to call the hotel and I watched as he kept answering, putting them on hold and hanging up on them. He made no effort to be helpful and almost seemed like he was trying to be difficult.
I know it’s a motel 6 and I wasn’t expecting luxury but the condition of this place and the customer service was crazy. Lesson learned. I’ll spend a little extra next time. It’s worth the peace of mind.

it was alright, besides the fact that everything was wrong with the room. when we first arrived the bathroom light didn't work so we had to call maintenance to fix it. but when we tried to call the front desk from the room phone, we realized it was unplugged from the wall and the hang up bottom on it was broke. so i had to call them from my cell. later on after the light was fixed, we realized that we're also missing batteries from the remote for the tv
so we just didn't watch any of that. then later when i go to brush my teeth, i get done and decide to use the hand towel on the wall to dry my mouth off with. i just barely touched it and the whole towel rack fell off the wall. lol

The room was a awful. Black mold on the walls in the shower. Broken towel rack. Tile base board was broken and holes in the wall. The chair looked like it was pulled from the local garbage dump.

It was filthy, had to switch rooms and it wasent much better ! Dirty room, trash all over parking lit, stained sheets and towels...Drug sales 3 rooms away

I stayed at this location as a last resort when the ATL airport gave my rental car to someone else. Was the room and the property like a 5 star resort? Not even close. However, it was a place to stay for 1 night until we were able to get a rental car the next day. The front desk manager was extremely nice. Bookings through 3rd parties was messing up his system and was still accepting reservations when he didn't actually have any rooms. Luckily for my family I called asking for a different room and to make sure everything was set. When I got there our room had been upgraded and I found out it was the very last room they had. The following day we needed to stay way past check out and the late check out and they only charged us a small amount. This was extremely generous helpful because we would've been on the street in the ATL heat until we could leave. I'm not really sure about the location. We got there after midnight, and it was dark. From looking around the day we left, it's rather remote and there's not a lot around but food delivery is available, and the parking lot is well lit. Would I stay here again? In a pinch yes I would.

The outside of the building smells really bad…the non smoke room smells like cigarettes it was disgusting…front desk staff 👎…

Price was reasonable but floor felt greasy and bedsheets had a small stain on them. Shower walls were in poor condition.

This place was an ok stay compared to other places I've stayed at.
They do not serve breakfast like they advertise.
The room I was in needed many repairs. Looked like someone punched a hole into the wall/door, snot was on the walls, sink was cracked, Tub drain was not draining, Tub faucet was broken/dangling.
This place is not near anything. In the middle of nowhere.
I wouldn't stay there again.

Stayed here plenty of times. Usually always decent. Like the hardwood floors. This time the power went out for 30-45 minutes not too long after I got there. Heard a transformer blow. Usually only stay a day or two. But it’s sucks when u need to get ready to go somewhere with no power. Right when

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, knowing that it would be basic. I was worried that it would be dumpy but we were pleasantly surprised for the cleanliness, comfort and good condition. We were disappointed to learn that breakfast would not be available, although it was indicated on the Hotels.com details. One major drawback is that the hotel is in the flights path of the very busy airport. It's not too bad given the price.

The staff was very unfriendly. One of the rooms door wouldn’t unlock, hair dryer wouldn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work, and the room stunk. When I requested more towels because there was only 2 in the room with a guest size of 4. I was told they needed my old towels.

First and foremost I would like a reimbursement. There was an infestation of roaches. No tv not towels nothing. Just two bed a microwave and an unplugged TV. The bathroom door was off the hinges and the ceiling caved in

Don't let the pictures fool you, this place looks nothing like the pictures. Lobby was closed, you had to check in through a "night window" during the day. It felt like the place was so unsafe, that you could not even enter the lobby area for the safety of the staff. The room was dirty, we did not even consider to use the shower/tub and just slept with the closes we arrived on and tried to take a nap to leave as early as possible the next morning. That was hard as the sketchy people that frequent that place is very loud and scream through the night. The road and plane noises also make impossible to rest.

They have roaches. The room needs to be updated. The walls were cracking..the breakfast they charge extra for is mini bear claws and oatmeal packets.

The appearance of the hotel is nothing to do with the images that appear, additional dice that offer breakfast but in reality what may be a few things there and I think it complies with the aforementioned

Everything was ok except for the floor- the wood floor was filthy- I had to put on my shoes every time I got out of bed!
