The hotel room was very dated. The bedding was terrible, scratchy sheets, no comforter.. Not comfortable in any way. Continental breakfast and coffee for very limited tim e, no coffee or anything after 9 AM. For the price of the room, which was above average, I would consider this property a very poor value and would not recommend or return.

hotel was clean, staff nice but no elevator and continental breakfast was minimal. The room didn't have enough outlets-coffee maker couldn't be plugged in properly anywhere. Guest left her sweater by accident-no one found it?? We found it hard to believe

We have stayed here in the past and were pretty happy with everything but this time not so much. We had problems right off the bat with our tv which weren’t really resolved. They have a 3 day policy for towels which is fine but they never properly dried out as the fan wasn’t working properly. Breakfast mainly consisted of yogurt, packaged muffins, apples and little else. Maybe it was just a flukey bad few days. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping forgot to empty our trash cans the first night. I would probably stay here again for an overnight but not for more than that. I hate leaving poor reviews and hopefully management will see this review and correct these problems. The desk staff was great!

So i couldn't really rate this because are stay got canceled by the Toronto that hit on Monday and our stay was on Thursday. So totally no ones fault but my one complain was that they didn't have power since Monday and i understand thry were probably hoping it would come back on but it sucked having plans driving on from out of town to get a voice mail literally the afternoon of. So at that point everything else was already booked or didn't have power. Again no ones fault but more notice more better planning would have been good

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff does a great job!

I really can't rate my stay at Super 8, because it did not happen due to a power outage caused by a close by tornado. That's why I chose to check 3 stars just to have an opportunity to mention what went on. The desk clerk came out to meet us in the parking lot to let us know what was up and recommended another motel where we were able to stay. I was thankful for that.

The staff was amazing, the room was ok - smelled musty when you first walked in, the remote needed batteries, and 1/2 of the lights did not turn on.

Thought someone was being beat up in next room them had state troopers and sheriffs turn up

Although this hotel has some older amenities, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were so kind, helpful and met every request. Our room overlooked a little pond which was really nice and quiet. The location was walking distance to the lake.

Good location and clean. But......second time we stayed at this hotel and both times our room keys did not work . Therefore everytme we needed to get in our room a staff member had to let us in. This seens like a provlem i would like to have my keys. Its good to stay one night but thats about it very dated and the parking lot is a disaster. .

For our overnight stay to go to a concert it was just right. Room was comfortable. A little dated, but was clean. Chair in our room was stained. Carpet on the stairs could have been a little cleaner. The staff were great! Friendly and courteous.

Room was fine and quiet, king bed was comfortable, mini fridge and microwave were appreciated, air conditioning worked well, only criticisms housekeeping could do better job cleaning the the bathroom and take time to check each drawer as we found trash left in a bedside drawer from previous guest, the toilet seat was loose, and “breakfast “ included was limited to packaged muffin an apple and coffee and juice.

The host was exceptional.

The place was nice, I only saw one staff member which she was great. The ac in our room wasn’t working and she switched us to a different room immediately. She quickly responded to any of our concerns and questions even with being the only one there. I would go back just because of her.

One of the beds in our room was broke and there were no other rooms avaliable.

The bar to the shower was very loose on the wall on both sides. Thought it might fall off while using the shower. My companion thought the mattress was a little hard.

The good: The front desk workers were great. Very friendly and helpful. The bad: This place was disgusting. There was food and who knows what splattered all over the walls. There were multiple spots where someone had smashed bugs on the wall and just left them there. No one bothered to clean it off. The single chair in the room had a huge stain on it. The covers on the beds were stained. The AC and the bathroom vents were caked in dirt. The rooms are also very outdated. I swear the wallpaper in the bathroom looks like it came straight out of the 90s. The chair also looks like it came from the early 90s. The lamps are literally from the 80s and stained. The furniture was beat up, for example, we had to switch rooms bc our first room the bed frame was broken on one of the beds and so the bed was lopsided. I honestly checked both beds thoroughly for bed bugs bc the place just felt disgusting to me. I did find the shedded skin of a bed bug but nothing else. But I still had a hard time sleeping that night. I’ve never felt so anxious that I would get dirty just from being in a hotel room. I tried to stay out and about as much as possible so I wouldn’t have to be there more than necessary. The parking lot had huge potholes in it. This place is truly an outdated rundown disaster. It needs so much work. I’ve never been so happy to leave a hotel before.

This hotel was beyond filthy . When we checked in, there were cigarette holes in our smoke free bedspread. The thin blanket underneath had a brown substance smeared on it. We had to get new linen and remake our bed ourselves. The room was absolutely not cleaned- the bottom of our feet became covered in dirt after 15 minutes of walking around. It was covered in dust, the bathroom was appalling. We had 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper and no refills. We were not going to write a review because what do you want at a super 8? However, the manager is the hotel was on in the evening. She was much better than the daytime staff. She said we could check out noon. At 11am, we were called and the person working the front desk was so rude, I said the manager said we can check out at 12- she said yea sorry you need to go, we need your room. I repeated myself again and she’s said the manager couldn’t say we were able to check out an hour later. This hotel is a good distance but it is filthy and the staff aside from the manger are horrible so is housekeeping.

When first walking in to check in there was bedding laundry all pulled up in counter top behind front desk. Going up the stairs to our room the steps were carpeted and absolutely filthy. Walk into our room and it smelled like dirty feet, the carpets were absolutely disgusting, AC didn’t work, dead bugs in the corner of the windowsill, not quit sure if it was blood or poop on the mattress cover. Went down to report our issues and there was a gentleman reporting that this AC was not working and that his room was filthy as well. That he would not be staying there and wanted a full refund. He also stated I don’t now how you expect people to stay here because I’m afraid I’d need a penicillin shot by morning. While standing there the so called manager looked at me and said can I help you. I just said I also had some issues to report and her response was “we’re not having a group conversation”. I would never recommend this place and feel it needs to be over hauled completely. This hotel is absolutely disgusting.

Great location! Clean, comfortable & safe 😊

Not good. Black mold in the windows. The carpet in the room needed to be ripped out & replaced. No small fridge in the room. No fan in the bathroom (= mold/mildew). The bed felt lumpy, like it was 30 years old. Plus, it's situated behind a 24-hr car wash so you can hear the sprayers & blowers all night. Overall, not good.
