This place is great, staff were fantastic and friendly. It’s a little tired but the rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good.

We ski Big Sky in February so it was fun to be there when there is no snow on the ground. Took the Tram to the Peak, amazing experience.

My stay was amazing the staff was top notch and was able to fix any problems we had and made our trip all the more special.

Many amenities

Great location with many activity options. Complimentary breakfast and lift tickets were a bonus. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable.

Can't say enough about our experience at the resort. It was an anniversary gift from our children and our first visit. Everyrhing was excellent; friendly staff, very clean and easy to get around.

We stayed here for one night on our way from Coeur d’Alene to Jackson Hole, so we really didn’t get much time to explore the area. We did make use of the gym and Shoshone pool area - they were fine but definitely in need of an upgrade. The hotel itself is really nice and the Croatian guy at check in was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean, in good condition and the bathroom was nice BUT our room backed onto where the restaurant is, so as soon as we walked in we were greeted with the smell of fried chicken. If we were staying any longer than one night then I would have asked to move rooms but it didn’t seem worth it. The best part is that you get a free ticket to take one of the lifts up the mountain, so we made use of that before we left for some beautiful views.

My wife and I loved our stay here! Stayed here during the week in August and was very impressed by the cleanliness and interior style of the room. Loved that they offered complementary breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and complementary lift tickets for the scenic ride. Extremely happy with the value that they gave. Would certainly stay here again.

It was very clean and just really nice. The parking was horrible though. I would expect much easier parking and accessibility for guests. I was not expecting to have to park so far away and then have to climb 3-4 flights of stairs with all our baggage to get back to the hotel. It was not fun or relaxing at all.

Just enjoyed the overnight stay. Breakfast was good.

Great property within an hour drive to Yellowstone and a couple of other places to visit with a short drive. Certainly not for a family on a budget, prices at the restaurants at the location and in Big Sky are spendy in my opinion even the location that the food is simply bar food. The activities at the location are limited and if you stay for more that 2 or 3 days you find yourself looking for things to do to keep the kids entertained. We were not there to mountain bike which seems to be what the resort caters to in the summertime. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay with great staff. Would recommend that there would be communication on what to do when visiting for more that a few days.

This is a beautiful resort w lots of activities. Appreciate the free lifts for sightseeing since it’s summer, and the hiking in the area is also nice. Breakfast on Saturday was outstanding, but Sunday’s set up was disappointing, both in service and offerings. It seemed rather chaotic with only a couple of wait staff available, and lots of missing serving utensils, like tongs for bread and lids /spoons for table top sugar bowls. Bowls were also unavailable for fruit/cereal, until I asking twice for them. Maybe we got there too late, 9am, but service wasn’t supposed to end til 10:30, so still had lots of guests to go. Anyway, everything else was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had many options. We enjoyed the hiking trails.

The activities at the resort are fun and varied, so there was something for everyone in our party.

a true mountain ski lodge with all the right amenities

The beds in the rooms are terribly uncomfortable. The room had a musty oder that seemed to be covered up. Very old hotel that needs some updating. The bathroom/shower was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great. I would have gotten a massage at the resort, but when I walked into the salon, the employees were using bad language when talking about their boss. Not exactly the best customer service or first impression.

Loved the property and staff! There was construction unfortunately, which I understand has to be done before winter. The little pond was a nice touch. We even saw a little red fox and a few mule deer along the way. Will definitely stay here again

Rooms were nice and updated, common areas dated. Room service food was terrible. Loved the complimentary lift tickets.

Hotel and amenities were great. Proximity to everything was perfect. Even had a red fox running around the grounds in the evening for entertainment. Food was so-so. Adding a fee to the free breakfast was strange but not a deal breaker.

Truly outstanding. We reserved the room at the last minute after visiting Yellowstone. The service and facilities were absolutely top-notch.

The lodge is perfect for a rustic yet modern stay. We had a family of 6 and our room had plenty of space! My son loved the loft while my daughter really enjoyed the couch in front of the picture window that looked out at the mountains. The blackout screens were wonderful and the shower was bliss! The lobby and coffee shop are a perfect place to enjoy a drink and a book while feeling like you are soaking in the "Montana" vibes. We will definitely stay here again!
