The night receptionists was exceptionally polite and professional. Room service was horrible. Saturday no one cleaned the room or put fresh towels in the bathroom. The room had an odor. The breakfast was horrible.

The entire hotel smelled like mildew and there was water everywhere with no wet floor signs. When we checked into our room the entire took smelt like mildew, there was dirt and bugs all over the bed. The bathroom had mold in the shower and it was not clean. Best Western will not give me a full refund due to their “policy” but the room being uncleaned and nasty was their fault.

The elevator was broken. Property should have emailed guest and notified us with an option to cancel reservations and stay elsewhere. We had to carry our luggage upstairs, very inconvenient.

I chose this hotel partially for the breakfast offered however it wasn't open until 7 AM and I had an appointment 30 miles away at that time. Chairs were blocking off the dining area but some items were out early. The lady working the desk admonished me for moving the blockade and getting coffee and a bagel prior to 7. Other than that, a nice stay.

Everything great. Friendly helpful staff. Clean. Nice view from the pool. Perfect stopover while traveling. Except for the shower! Incredibly difficult to operate. We did smell the fast food restaurants while sitting by the pool. We’ll probably stay here again.

Good value, clean property for the most part, decent breakfast (coffee machine grinds fresh so it’s really good, much better than standard hotel coffee), decent gym, room was newly renovated (but oddly did not have a full length mirror or hair dryer), comfortable bed and good shower. Lynette was amazing and so helpful. Give her a promotion! I am a single lady traveling alone for work so appreciated her attention and assistance to ensure a pleasant stay.

It was quiet and easy to get to sleep. Of course, it had tor rain every day and night. It was comfortable and the beds were clean and soft to sleep in. My brother-in-law had to have a lower temp in the room, but the quilt was warm enough to solve that problem. We were out and about most of the days. The front desk took care of our request for additional supplies when I went down and requested them. I would highly recommend this Best Western Plus to everyone heading down that way.

Stopped off for an overnight stay while on our way to Florida. Property is nicely kept and very clean. Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate and beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast was BW standard but very good. Easy on and off interstate and far enough away with no road noise. Would definitely return!
