Room needed some work the bathroom tub spout was loose the ceiling in the room must of had water damaged and was fixed in patches and not well done at all. The lobby was beautiful so I expected the room to be in better condition

The room smell that it had humidity. The bed was not comfortable and room could be update. The breakfast was good.

Hotel was clearly in the end stages of renovation. Our room seems good at first. However I began to feel allergy symptoms. That night I couldn’t sleep because I felt so sick. As I lay in bed I looked up and realized the ceiling was covered in mold. So everything looked new and pretty but they didn’t start by getting rid of the mold - paint the ceiling, using Killz primer first?!? They switched us to the only available room, which also had mold spots but but as many. That room had a huge dehumidifier so they clearly are aware of the mold issue.
I also noticed ink stains on one of the pillowcases.
The front desk and breakfast staff was very friendly.

The hotel looks very nice. We were supposed to have a room with an ocean view but it was of the parking lot. The first floor rooms smell like mildew. We actually had to move to another room. They have updated the rooms but the mildew smell is bad and they just tried to mask it with febreze.

Hotel is under construction. Smelled like paint and was dirty. This was not clearly stated on hotels.com. It was hidden under the policies tab, deceptive. They offered no refund, only partial credit to be used on the site. The hotel also denied a refund. After years of being a good paying customer, they basically told me I was stupid for not reading all the small print. In the past it was usually listed where you could see it when a hotel was under construction. Won’t be using the service again or returning to that hotel. Breakfast was horrible btw.

We had two rooms booked one with a roll in shower for my mom who is wheelchair bound. The shower curtain was too short for the type of rod( curved) as well as the height of the rod. Water was everywhere creating a slip and fall hazard. Once that was taken care if( yes they replaced the curtain) it was discovered that both the chair lift for the pool and hot tub were not working. Front desk said maintenance would look at it. They never came ( we were there the whole day). When called again the next day we were told the same thing. They never worked the 5 days we were there and have no idea if they have been checked yet. Also asked for light room service daily for clean towels and vacuuming due to sand but had to go to laundromat to wash towels as no service several days. Would not stay there again.

Did not stay or even use the room or facilities. It smelled bad in room. Falsely advertised. I need a complete refund. They claim there were no managers on site and that I already paid for check in before seeing the smelly room.,so couldn't give a refund!!I paid over $300 for nothing and traveled from out of town

Very nice property right on the beach - parking is on the property and breakfast is included. This is a nice property for a family or couple traveling to the St Augustine area.

The hotel was awesomely located. There wasn’t anything “wrong”…. More of annoyance and somewhat inconvenient. We were unaware of the construction happening and it was quite loud. The WiFi would not stay connected, I had to connect 6 times on the last morning alone. The toilet was stuck and running constantly. The door handle would only open if you pulled up and not down as usual.

For what I paid for the room I was surprised i had to pay for parking.

I love the location of this property and the convenience. Its right on the beach which I love. I appreciate the family friendliness of the location and the beach. Love how close it is to historic st. augustine. Our room was very comfortable. Perfect amount of space for us. To me and my children this is such a wonderful place to go. Thank you for giving me and my children a safe comfortable place to stay.

The staff was very helpful with a minor problem on the door and check in. Cookies were great coffee was delicious. The property was in good condition. I would return again. The pool was very refreshing.

Shower was moldy, baseboard tile was missing, rug was dirty. Also, the first person I spoke to when I called to check on my reservation, seemed bothered that I had called and had some questions. They’re supposed to have a 24-7 front desk. Granted I called at midnight, but she was supposed to be working during midnight. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful once we got there.

I had problems with my door key, one would work at a time but not together. Very annoying and the staff wasn’t helpful to fix the problem and I complained 4-5 times it happened also our carpet was wet in our room looked to have been from a leak from another room.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were really friendly. The only thing that we really had an issue with was our key card for our door, it took 2-3 times to even open our door, besides that we had a wonderful stay and will return!

Great location! Check in took a little long but that's to be expected on a holiday week. It was really nice they had rental beach chairs at the front desk. Perfect for a chill beach vacation!

Room and hotel overall was nice and clean, good breakfast. Pool was clean.
However, they charge $16/day extra for parking - not included in room price. As well, door locks were in poor condition. Not umcommon to swipe 20+ times to get into room. And door to balcony was very hard to open. My wife had issues opening and closing. Wifi poor quality.
We will explore other hotels in the area in the future. We expected better from previous visits.

Where to begin. The rooms we're dirty. Housekeeping would make the bed without changing the sheets. Specifically asked for more towles from them and never received them. The door lock was a chore in itself keys wouldnt work, had to pray to the lock gods to get it to work. Hotel only had 1 elevator, not efficient for the number of guests. Elevator has seen better days. Hard stops and starts. Tv remote would work when it wanted it to. Breakfast buffett was questionable. Definitely not prepared for the number of guests that were had the hotel. I have been to several hampton inns and never had any issues. I based my booking on those past visits. Definitely was not up to standard.
