Clean room and comfy bed. We were in the king suite so plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast was really good with different options. My daughter liked the indoor pool. Great stay. The only hiccup was the last night we had no hot water. Lori at the front desk worked right on it and got the issue resolved. Friendly staff. Will stay again.

1st room given had broken blinds and no privacy curtain. Could see right out to the parking lot Asked and received a different room. Second room bathroom door handle was broken and the toilet paper holder was also broken. Blinds were very dirty. Toilet made very loud squeeling noise when flushed and lasted a minute or more.

Almost good, needs some work which construction was happening at 8pm as we were getting to our room. The tiles in our bathroom were loose, shower value was so loose I thought it was going to fall off (we had no hot water either). The bed was comfortable but we were missing an extra pillow which would have been nice. The bagels we had for breakfast were stale, but the rest of breakfast was good.

Great location for hickory tun and biking Lehigh gorge. Clean and friendly staff. No frills.

Not worth the money. I had to clean the bathroom when we got there and remove people before us’ hair. The soap/lotion holder wasn't broken and falling of the wall. The bathtub was gross, and the water was backing up when I went to use it. And a bath mat wasn’t even given. The carpet had stains all over it and there was a musty smell to the room. The pool area had no towels and the hot tub had brown bubbles. And there was a party in the eatery area when we checked in at 3 and when we came back from dinner at 9, it still wasn’t cleaned up with the same balloons and trash sitting on the tables. The gentleman who checked us in was nice and the entrance was the nicest part of the hotel. Other than that, we were ripped off based on the price we paid. We stayed last year and it wasn’t this bad but it definitely has gone down hill. Won’t stay next year

Well , staff was all very nice, the hotel had some issues with their hot water turning off, it happened 2 times in 12 hours, and the rooms that are at the end of the hall ,seem to be by some loud humming , a bit difficult to sleep.

There was ongoing highway roadwork adjacent to the hotel. Gas powered saws running at 9-10pm, other tools through midnight and jackhammering at 330am. Needless to say there was no rest or quiet to be had, thus very little to no sleep. Despite the hotel being lightly occupied, the staff chose to have me occupy a room directly near the work zone instead on the opposite side of the building. When I told them about my stay they suggested that ‘next time’ I request a parking lot side room as if I knew what to expect ahead of time. Not very good customer service.

The hotel is generally nice but I think the noise comes in a lot because of the windows.
