Good Hotel .. really nice rooms and its very modern. Only negatives are is its a bit of a distance from the city ( about 30/35 min walk ) Nice for a weekend break thought

The property itself is clean and the staff is friendly. The room was large for a European hotel. The restaurants are good and offer a variety of choices for people with food allergies.

Ice machine was out of order since Friday. I asked them to repare it..but until Monday night ,.they didn't make it.. I stayed 4 night and room number was 632...It's terrible.

Some of the staff were not very considering.

Super Service Tolles Hotel

1. Called the property directly before booking to confirm they can accommodate a gluten allergy after confirmation I booked. Not once but twice did my food come with gluten the staff was not knowledgeable and coming for a business trip I could have ended up really sick. The menu also had alergen markings and they still messed up I needed to go off property for dinner 2. Our bathroom smelt like sewage, I called twice and nothing was changed the toilet in the bathroom was leaking crap to the floor which was not even cleaned by roomservice or fixed after a complaint it was just gross 3. Room service was terrible they left one towel each day for 2 occupancy room with two people, did not refill coffee capsules for the machine, did not even replace used coffee cups I also needed to call I stay at this hotel every year for the ISM trade show, pay a premium to be able to walk to the show and it’s a hefty premium compared to other hotels in the area and it was just a terrible stay this time

Lovely hotel out of the city. There is a train station 15min walk away or you can walk across the pedestrian bridge to Cologne Cathedral in 30mins. Spacious room and good bathroom.

Far from the city. completely dysfunctional management. not safe

Very nice hotel. Great amenities and good location. The breakfast buffet is absolutely the best. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the bar restaurant. I think it’s just there for convenience, which is nice, after a long drive there, but the food is not that good. With only that one downside this is a great place to stay.

A nice hotel spoiled by 2 things... Let's start with the good. Front desk staff very accommodating and pleasant, wi-fi perfect, overall condition and cleanliness great, room comfortable, good location for the messe/exhibition hall. Unfortunately spoiled by someone coming into my room while I was out and stealing some chocolate bars. (Weird I know!) Thankfully I never leave anything valuable out but not what you want or expect from a decent hotel. When reporting it to the front desk, they didn't seem to care too much or do anything about it. They wiped a few pounds off my bar bill at leaving. Worse than that was Ali at the bar expressing his anti-semitic views, which is simply unacceptable. He realised after a while that he was wrong and bought me a beer, or more likely realised I was going to complain about him. He also did the same to my colleague on a separate occasion that I wasn't there for.

Check in was very bumpy, as the hotel had mistakenly cancelled my booking, they did reinstate it and then gave me a twin room instead of a double room. Reception staff were efficient but not warm and friendly. They did organise me a double room, eventually. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent, powerful and hot, but my room had a stale odour and the towels were stained yellow and smelt of sweat, had obviously been used in the gym. The gym is well equipped. The dinner buffet was very tasty with lots of choice and very fresh. We were well looked after by the waiting staff for the evening meal. Overall a comfortable stay.

Hotel was good, had to pay for parking when i had the suite they could of validated so i would be good.

It’s really nice. Bar staff was short handle, they were frustrated and short tempered. Food quality was not so good. Bed was a little harder than I would like but the pillows where nice. I usually do breakfast but after the bar food I thought to just eat out.

Room was nice and a good size. Comfortable bed and good shower. Didn’t eat breakfast there as 19€, went to IBIS next door instead. Parking is 19€ night, if you leave temporarily to visit restaurant etc, you pay more - ticket machine. Two minor points. Restaurant food choice does not include healthy options. Would like to see chicken and fish available. The room terrace had weeds and looked unkempt. Possibly due to limited staff / visitors because of COVID.

Very nice and clean hotel

Very friendly staff! I had a very unique problem whereas I left my bag on THE ICE train and the staff was able to help me by interpreting the phone call to the lost and found. Luckily my bag was found! Rooms were beautifully decorated and designed!! Very pleasant atmosphere! They are also pet friendly. We took along our Corgi and he gives them A We will return to the city of Koln only to stay at the Radisson!!

Hotel was great but a very experience due to the coronavirus having an impact on the service that was provided. Lots of hand sanitiser around the hotel and good social distancing markings so I felt comfortable in that respect

Had a fantastic time at the hotel

€55 for a bottle of Pinot Grigio topped it off for what cost €6 in the shops. The most expensive hotel bar i have ever stayed at.
