Great place to stay! The location is perfect, too. Stayed there about 7 years ago and had the best time. I was afraid it wouldn’t still be as nice, but it was. The breakfast is an added bonus!

The staff for check in was amazing, however being woken up at 730am to the housekeeper slamming carts around the hallway was not advertised or expected. In many years of stays I have never seen any hotel with an 11am check out, have housekeepers start at 7am. We are exhausted and intend on getting the remainer of our rest in our vehicle before our large yearly family event. We will not be staying again due to this. The check in staff was the nice part of our stay.

Clean, nice breakfast, very wonderful staff, I really don’t have any complaints except the room was cramped - not spacious - and the AC unit was loud One suitcase was on the stand and the other had to go on the desk. Bathroom was nice and clean and fresh - just small and cramped. Great pillows and blankets.

This place was wonderfully clean. Their front desk employees are friendly, welcoming and nice. They were very professional, offered linen refills without even having to ask. Their breakfast service was top tier, waffle makers and great coffee. Centrally located and great condition.

Rooms were clean, one guy at check in wasnt very friendly. Went to eat the free breakfast and it was so crowed that we had to go to Mcdonalds down the road. Was not very happy with that. There were people standing eating breakfast, no seating and just was very crowed. First time I stayed at a Best Western, not sure it would be my first pick.

Great location, friendly and servicable staff, clean, nice shower and walkable to all things Winter Park.

I paid for a suite. It said in description there were two queen beds and one pull out sofa. The two queen beds were up in the wall, and we had to pull them down. The couch cushions were very worn and had torn spots. None of us slept hardly at all because of the person above us walking back and forth pretty much all night. I’m very disappointed and won’t be going back to a Best Western.

The only bad thing we can say is the elevator was broke and our room was on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was great. Close to restaurants and ski slopes.

The location near restaurants and shopping, as well as the proximity to the Link bus stops was amazing. This hotel was exactly what we expected it to be and is the perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park.

Small room, paid almost $300 for night, elevator not working. At check in was going to assign us to 3rd floor room. So glad I could trade with my daughter (grown). Her room was on 1st floor.

This is the perfect location for a Winter Park stay. We had a dog so there wasn’t a lot of choices of where to go, but we really liked the BW Alpenglo, it had a great breakfast, the rooms were very clean and great staff. We would stay again if we are ever back in town.

Not bad but not great. Especially for the price. Poor quality breakfast food, a broken showerhead holder, and a heater that never gets very hot. Overall I would look for a nicer property if I have to shell put nearly $200/night.

Parking is minimal. Staff is good 👍, room is great up to shower needs maintenance 😀 not a deal blower.

Great location to the resort, quiet atmosphere and large breakfast. There could’ve been USB charging ports. Don’t forget to bring your charging blocks!

Great hotel but they dumped enough chemicals in the hot tub that my eyes burned and it possibly made my daughter sick. Other guests said it had not been that way the previous night. Ruined the one thing we'd been looking forward to apres-ski. Major bummer.
