Not sure if there had been a water leak, but there was a carpet drying fan on outside our door, the microwave in our room was missing and the was a large brown stain on the sheets of one of our beds. We did not notice this getting into bed. The was also a homeless person walking around outside during the morning attempting to get inside the building. What can I say other than California. Other than that the staff was helpful in the moring letting us use their staff microwave and they did attempt to run off the homeless person. Im not planning a return the CA at any point so i can say if i would book here again.

When we checked in there was stuff left in the fridge and ants … called immediately they sent some to clean the fridge but didn’t even apologize … no compensation or anything… I used my own Lysol to spray everything down

I booked this room because the hotel had great reviews, but we had an awful experience with roaches. We stayed on the second floor, and had our small dog with us, so maybe it was just that it was a 'pet' room or something, but considering that I paid extra for the pet deposit, I'm even more upset. As soon as we entered the hotel my husband found a roach scurrying up the wall, he knocked it down and killed it, but before the night was over there were 2 more incidences of roaches running across the tile behind the fridge. I spoke to the front desk about it and I said the fridge probably has a nest or something and they told me they would speak to housekeeping to see what they could do. They took my phone number down but never called me back. It was horrific. They could have swapped the fridge out, laid sticky traps or gave us a different room and I would never have written this review, but they did nothing and I'm disgusted. I'm sure the breakfast that everyone is raving about was great, but I couldn't eat there with my experience.

Very disappointing. We got a room at this hotel because it has an indoor pool and jacuzzi. There are no pictures of the pool for a reason. It's disgusting! I sat in the jacuzzi and realized I was covered in dirt and a greenish black grime. You cannot see the floor of the pool because it is that dirty. The outdoor chairs are covered in bird poop. The air conditioner in the room worked great, and the beds were comfortable. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything from the next room. Should have saved our money, and went to swim at the local community pool.

Reserve the room for 4 people , Had 2 towels .

The rooms were really good can’t complain about that but house keepers need to pay more attention when they’re cleaning. I wanted to put something in the fridge and there was food from the last guest. also I recommend that they should put shower mats. my 5 year old daughter slip and hurt herself.

The room was clean and comfortable. The service was good, but the hotel was so loud I couldn’t sleep. I had traveled all night and hope to get some needed rest. It was impossible. The house keeping staff were so loud, and guests conversations could be heard and understood in the hallway. Also the window shades were poorly installed and were unable to shut out the light because of a large gap. I have had good luck staying at this chain in the past many times, but I cannot recommend this location

We stayed in this hotel 1 night, and it was amazing - in door pool, hot tub, good breakfast and free, big comfortable room, easy parking, professional staff directed us to restaurant very close and nice food.

Well our trip was horrible. Wanted to extend our trip, had us trade to another room. The new room 331 was infested with ants. Couldnt sit on toilet to use without ants crawling all over me. Called front desk. They did nothing to accommodate us. They said since we booked with HOTELS.COM we have to take it up with HOTELS.COM. I Dont agree with that wat does Hotels.com have to do with their ants infestation. Never again will i stay at HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AT 9750 KEYPOINT DRIVE HESPERIA, CA. Doesnt let me upload photos.

Hotel is good but rooms need maintenance for which I have provided the feedback to hotel management. Location wise perfect location.

As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like gross, False advertise Dove with some nasty products that is not dove at all and it’s so watery No toilet paper No shower cup or had soap only on of each towels and no water stopper for the tub. Very disappointing for the price

Everything was fine and clean

Staff were friendly and attentive and the complimentary breakfast was good. The building is older, but the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were cool, dark and quiet. We did find some ants in our room, but our stay was otherwise good.

Clean and confortable

Service was good, everything went smoothly. Jacuzzi needed cleaning. Only two towels were in room when we had four people, so we had to ask for more.

Great breakfast options. Easy to get to & park. Had a gym. Would like them to include weights in their gym but happy they had one.
