We enjoyed the clean comfortable room. We like being able to get a beverage in the restaurant. Loved being able to walk to the airport

Undeniably conveniently close to the airport - no transport required to get to the terminal, we just walked. Other than that it is just a very ordinary example of 'travellers' accommodation. I would not want to spend more than 1 night there.

A good place to stay next to the airport and close to the train station

We just stayed over the night. Check-in and breakfast were great, but small rooms and narrow beds. There was an odor in the bathroom and the AC was difficult to manage.

Friendly and helpful

Cleanliness is not top. We saw a splatted mosquito with blood on the wall when going in and one of the bed sheets had an old yellow stain. The towels were clean but smelt of white vinegar and didnt feel soft. Breakfast and staff were nice.

Hotel is nice enough. We booked a stay before catching a very early flight. The location was perfect; we were able to walk to the airport in the AM rather than booking a taxi or waiting for a shuttle. There's a restaurant on the premises but it was closed the day we were there so keep in mind this isn't really close to any food/shops because it's right by the airport. We ended up having Doordash deliver our dinner since we didn't have a car. There is a bus stop for a bus that goes into town but we were too tired. All in all a great spot for people who need to stay near the airport.

I chose this hotel because I had a departing flight at 7am.

The people are great and helpful…and the breakfast was good value

A very friendly stay

I liked everything as they repair your reserservation failure to record the right date for my visit.Your system recorded the day of my reservation but not the day of my staying. Since, I am still in the Sates and your reserved for the 11th, I asked for the 27 th. As I could not reach you, I wrote to them and explained how inefficient you were. It took me a whole day to repair your system failure. I learned that you were not cheaper than any other companies and that you were horrible to reach. I repeat, nothing wrong with that hotel that I used before and I recommend the restaurant that serves the very good French food, the service is impeccable. Bitterly disappointed, admittedly the COVID has an affect but this shouldn’t affect service being provided, the evening meal left a lot to be desired, the breakfast was a joke, hot choco.instead of coffee the list goes on, and to top it all they took the money twice, when contacted told it was a holding cushion and would it would be returned within a week, I rest my case.

Decent location if you’re taking the train from montparnesse

It was within walking distance to the airport which gave me opportunity for a great dinner experience at the hotel and breakfast.

It was a last minute booking and the staff was accommodating and very friendly.

Old design building, external corridors.

The internet was very slow and non-existent for hours.

Great Location right next to Major Square, restaurants and shops. Parking is quite far at Le Mans and only pedestrian access to hotel. Dog friendly but not allowed in breakfast area

Nice hotel for an airport! Good facilities

Excellent staff and a clean well- cared for environment. Extremely handy for the airport and major routes.

Superb quality place for people on the road. Everything is new and comfortable. Great breakfast too. Easy to drive to explore Biarritz and the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Great good bed good services

5 minute walk from the airport. Only drawback was the stairs to second floor. A nice employee helped me carry my oversized suitcase though.
