I don’t have any pics, but it has too many steps or bumps inside the room, the base of the bed it’s cement and I hit my toe twice with it, before you go the the bathroom it has another step, and the sink has another small step, if you are not careful you can get hurt easily. IT WAS CLEAN that’s important

The first reason, the room pictures don't fit with reality, the bed size doesn't fit with the picture in the Expedia website, totally wrong, the superior double bed, really is a single bed, that's unprofessional, a total cheating

Everything was good, staff let us checked in an hour earlier but when I got to my room there was no towels, I called the front desk requesting some and we got them 30 minutes later. Not to bad but because I was late for my event those 30minutes seemed like en eternity.

The place is really old and not contained properly.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado y agradable. La zona de la alberca y restaurante está muy a gusto. La ubicación perfecta y el costo me pareció adecuado (aunque tenía descuento). Lo que no me agradó tanto es que las habitaciones son oscuras porque no están a nivel de piso. Sin embargo son cómodas y el personal muy muy amable y dispuesto a apoyar en todo.

Excelente servicio y súper honrados. Dejamos un reloj y antes de irnos nos lo fueron a dejar al estacionamiento.

De las peores experiencias en hospedaje: el hotel no es nada parecido a las fotos, hay demasiado polvo en las habitaciones y un olor parecido a humedad. La comida es bastante cara y deja mucho que desear. No lo recomiendo.

Awful food, both room service and Sunday breakfast buffet. Bedroom carpet and sofa look like they haven’t been changed since the 70’s. Don’t walk barefoot. Only plus point is the pool. Kids enjoyed it.

The confirmation of my room reservation took a long time to complete. The hotel did not have my reservation and I had to wait a long time.

The best part of the hotel is the staff. Very gentle and helpfull.
The room in which we stayed was too small, the bathroom is not fit for medium-large size people, the shower is so small you need to cruch into it to have a bath.
The floor is really slippery.

Gave us our room very late. 6:30 pm . I was taking a shower and that closed water with out notice. Management staff seems like didn't care about us.

We went to a wedding in a garden just next door. There is a lot of noise all night but if the purpose is just to have somewhere to sleep it is fine

Great hotel, great location, great pool, great security, great staff. BUT horrible Internet reliability and beds were as hard as boards.

No complaints, all around good experience. Hotel staff was friendly. One pool was covered until someone wanted to use it. Hotel food was expensive. You have to sign for pool towels and bring them back to the front. Beds were firm.
