Wonderful stay. Had a river view. Room was nice size. Older but lots of character.
Front desk staff were great- friendly and helpful.
The hotel restaurant was fabulous/ great food, lovely setting, beautiful presentation. Terrific place to stay- perfect location on river near old town. I’d go back on a heartbeat. I love Gdansk— and this hotel!

Beautiful hotel, well located. Quiet, despite all the folks on the ‘boardwalk’ below. Service excellent. Breakfast buffet delicious and worth the price, which was inexpensive.
Loved our visit to Gdansk, hope to be back soon!

Great location, friendly service, very clean. The room we got was on the top floor and it was spacious and quiet. It only had small windows high up so we couldn’t see out. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Excellent room and facilities in the property. The balcony very well fits the room and overlooks the old city. There was a complimentary bottle of Spanish Cava Sparkling wine and to our surprise a complimentary desert at the hotel's restaurant.

We had an amazing experience, the staff were very friendly. The breakfast and the restaurant in the hotel were great. The location and the view from the room are perfect.

The Personal was very friendly, location is just great, I loved to have a room with view to the river, a very nice room. My only critique is, I didn’t love the bed. It was fine but not the most comfortable. Beside that I’d stay here again, I liked it.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. This was the worst experience since the roo was very small, smelly. The cleanliness was not perfect either. Two years and the service has went down. However the breakfest is still ok, they have added the sparkling wine to the menu as well. The location is still great!

Had a wonderful time here while on Gdańsk! Great location w/ easy walking access to the main attractions. Had a great view of the frozen river and a complimentary bottle of Champagne. Heated bathroom floors were a bonus!

This hotel was a very good choice. Cleanliness was perfect every day we were there. The staff where so friendly and helpful and wine and chocolate cake on behave of the hotel was a lovely touch for my fiance birthday 🎂. The under floor heating in the big bathroom was very nice touch when it was so cold outside! Highly recommended 👌

Lovely hotel right in the center of Gdansk. Big rooms with big and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff at hotel and Wine bar. We didn’t try the breakfast. We will definately stay here again next time.

Second time in Gdansk, first time at the Hanza - I would highly recommend. Great location. Fabulous breakfast choice, restaurant at night also really good quality. Staff great.

Had made a request for a room with view. Got given the last room apparently. View obstructed by a tree. Had made a request for 1 bed before hand - room had 2 beds with wooden frames. Had to push them together myself. Room small - nowhere near the 30m2. You could hear a loud buzzing in this room throughout. I suspect this was due to the room beeing above the kitchen. Slow/smelly drainage in the bathroom sink. Toilet roll holder coming off the wall. One positive was the breakfast and that you could leave the luggage after check out. For what it was worth the hotel is overpriced.

Cozy hotel and nice sized rooms. Restaurant and service here was fantastic.
Rooms could do with some renovation and an option for re-use of towels would have been great, I do not need fresh towels every day. The booked Spa treatment was wonderful. All in all a nice hotel
