The only thing I have to complain about is the parking. I booked this hotel because of the reviews and it said self parking. They only have a few parking spaces which makes it hard when you aren't in time to get there parking spaces with their name. There are others but it isn't very clear which ones you can park in.

Lovely hotel and the room was spacious. I have knee problems so the stairs to the bedroom were difficult as the bathroom is on the first floor. I did not realise this when we booked. Also parking is awkward but possible with permits. Great views and close to everything waterfront.

The stay was lovely. Our only issues were the TV which wasn't very 'smart' so Kayla kindly attached a chromecast to allow us to stream channels. Also our air conditioning was VERY noisy but once again, Kayla sorted it out. She was unable to fix it so we turned it off & she supplied us with 2 small heaters, 1 for upstairs & 1 for downstairs. Credit to Elijah too for extending our stay to accommodate our late flight back. The housekeeping staff were also lovely & friendly.

Room freezing cold on arrival! Great location easy walk to Mona Roma. Paint peeling in bathroom, some mould ;water damage on the side table, gave us the feeling this place needed a little more TLC.

Absolutely stunning! Great care of us as we stayed for our wedding night - loved the bottle of champagne and little card to wish us well

Parking was terrible. They only have about 10 parks for 56 units so it’s pot luck if you get one. If you don’t get a park you have to pay $6 per hour

We had a great stay here. The accommodation was reasonably priced, clean and in a great location, close to shops, dining and Salamenca Markets.

The staff were helpful. The room is nice and clean, especially for the view. There are many restaurant nearby, so don't worry about your meal.

Lovely comfortable bed, only issue is there was cigarette smoke coming in our balcony/room from outside or other room outside, there was black hair in bath, dirty dishes in cupboards.but thankyou.

The staff were very good for all questions check-in etc. Room was large so it made stray really comfortable. Very good location. Bed and shower both great. The only issue we had was that the walls, connecting door and door to outside must be paper thin because we could hear people on both side talking clearing their throat just about every noise. The AC was so loud it was like we had a steam train in the room Luckily we didn't spend much time in then room and it ran infrequently or it would have been unbearable. Could not recommend because of noise issues.

Staff were lovely and location was great, however I wouldnt stay here again. Parking is limited and if you can get a space, a few minutes walk away in a busy area. In our room we could hear noise from the hallway outside, people talking in the room next door, and traffic at the end of the pier. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the temperature was touchy and kept fluctuating. Complementary local apples was a nice touch but ours were bruised. Ironing board was lumpy and rickety. Easy check in and check out.

Facilities are obsolete and tired. Rooms need renovating. Very noisy at night.
Parking is a big problem in this area.
Staff were very accomoding.

Great apartments and lovely staff. Location was perfect with everything in quick vicinity. Parking was very tricky with no where nearly enough spots and no all day parking nearby.

Great location and view, parking is very bad and complicated, ended up having to pay for a lot of it. Very warm rooms however the heaters are very loud. Overall it was a fab place to stay

It's a great centrally located serviced apartment. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I liked that we could walk to several attractions such as Salamanca Markets and Mona cruise. Great views across the harbour and up towards the mountain. Parking is nearby and never had an issue getting a spot. There were a few minor aspects - we found the air cond while great at warming the apartment was a little noisy in the evening and had to switch it off. Whilst it had a washing machine and drier there was no portable clothes horse to hang non machine dry items. All in all, it's a great stay and would stay there again as its clean, and central to lots of restarurants and shops.

This hotel is really well situated on the docks at Hobart, it is an easy walk to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The aspect of the room was brilliant with beautiful light, looking out on the wharves with boats coming and going added interest. The facilities were adequate, the bed comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.
Location and light were an absolute winner for me a favourite place to stay.

Great view and location with lovely interior. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable enough for 3 adults. Room service available daily but we didn’t need it as we were only there for 3 nights. Staff were very friendly and super responsive.

Great location however the room did not live up to expectations. Heater was broken, smell in bathroom, the team tried to accommodate however didn’t feel like we had much options. Parking is not guaranteed and we found ourselves paying for nearby parking multiple times.
Water in room was not free which is unusual. Overall best thing here was location

We were only in Hobart for one day/night and particularly wanted to visit the MONA gallery. The ferry for MONA departs a minute or so from the Hotel and we had beautiful views over the harbour. Well placed for local bars and restaurants too.

This hotel is kind of tucked away by the water. It’s just far enough to be peaceful, but just far enough to make walking through the main city a little chore.
I didn’t know that this hotel was more like a furnished apartment building. The room was fabulous and I wanted to take the bed home with me. The extra blankets were soft and fluffy so we could cuddle up in the couch and watch the ships with our balcony door open.
Staff were super friendly.
Uber was able to find us here and our tour pick ups were pretty close by.
I would definitely stay here again.

Great position within easy walking distance to Salamanca and the CBD. The apartment is well equipped and has a washing machine and dryer.
The let down was the noise. The walls are thin and we were woken on and off through the night through to the early hours of the morning with party goers.
The heat pump was very loud so we opted for the extra blanket.

The staff were welcoming and it's a great location. However, the rooms could use a facelift, the aircon sounded like a jet engine when you turned it on and the tv upstairs didn't work. I asked a couple of times for it to be fixed but nothing happened. Disappointed given the price per night.

Great to stay in the marina and see the yachts/boats moored in the evening light, and even better to wake up to the beautiful sight of the Hobart waterfront. Just amazing.
