Experience was horrible I had my first room switched the bathtub had pubic hair with a very slow drain in the tub… Cleaning was poor. Then I had the room switched and the ceiling was leaking shades were messed up lamp was broken ohh gosh nightmare!

Not too bad. Room felt a little small. The bathroom also. I liked that parking was available. Breakfast was good enough. Good for a short stay.

The hotel is located in walking distance to 2 subway stations, E and F. There is a small parking lot that is free to use. Microwave and fridge in the rooms work good. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping came every day. There is complimentary breakfast from 7-10 and a small fitness room. Basic no frills hotel. I visit family and friends in Queens so I have stayed multiple times before. Wouldn't hesitate to book again

This BW was very clean. The staff was helpful and efficient. It is a safe place and I appreciated the free parking. We will stay again.

The hotel looked like it hadn’t been updated in over 50 years. Cracks in ceiling and generally run down in appearance. The Beds were comfortable but that was the literally the only part of the room that was acceptable. It was the cheapest room in the area and it is clear why that was the case. I don’t know how this hotel is rated 8/10. It is more like a 4. Stay if you want the cheapest option by JFK but for no other reason

My trip started off by not being able to find the address listed and my Uber driver dropping me off at a homeless shelter that was once a Best Western a couple miles down the road. I kept calling to get the correct address to re-route and it took a lot of time to reach someone, meanwhile I was in an unsafe area. The room was OK but concerned me the wide gap under the doors and very dated appearance of the property. I was never sure if I was actually safe.

We had a family member staying at the near by hospital, after a medical emergency at LGA, which was why we chose Best Western.
The hotel was convenient, offered free parking, great front desk staff and the pillows and bedding were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker - Breakfast Included!
The neighborhood was very safe to walk up to the market on Queens Blvd for delicious made to order salads and sandwiches.
Best Western made a very stressful hospital experience a very pleasant and comfortable nights stay.

They havent sent me the deposit back, they charge to my debit card the room and the deposit and they told me that in 5 days the money will be back in my account and it not true, I need help with this

Nothing. Room was terrible. They're was microbial activity next to the AC unit. I asked for a transfer and they said they only had the basement room available. I asked for a cancelation and they said it wasn't poseible. I do not recommend this property.

Hotel staff and facilities were good. One disadvantage was this hotel located beside hiway and noisy all the night, though this is out of control.

Staff especially Alfie was the best host! The night staff was great as well with a few room amenities that were needed.. have nothing negative to report whatsoever.. will return in 3 months and so on…

We wanted a hotel where we could leave our car while exploring the city by subway. This was exactly what we wanted and remarkably similar to staying in a Best Western anywhere. Great value compared to many city hotels! The neighborhood is not upscale but felt safe. We appreciated being able to walk right in to the hotel without having to scan our key cards at exterior doors (as we have experienced in other locations). The only downside was that the room was noisy because of the hard surfaces, large gap under the door, and proximity to expressway. Sound absorbing ceiling and a draft stopper on the door would help.

This hotel is close to JFK airport which is one of the reasons I chose it since I needed a one night stay in New York due to a cancelled Delta flight to Ireland. The staff were helpful and friendly. I rated it a 4 because the room could have been cleaner and the artwork on the walls had water stains. Also, the window did not latch shut but it couldn’t be opened due to a safety bar which is good since the room was on ground level.

Liked that they were able to give me early check in. Found a couple of roaches in the room. Walls in the corridor not very clean. Lightning in the room not good.

Got locked out of our original room when we went back to the car to get more stuff. The card reader on the door stopped working. Had to wait for maintenance to come (Dom was the ONLY staff member thete... and he was SO kind and helpful). We were given another room but waited almost 2 hrs to regain access to our stuff that had gotten locked in the original room. Later that night the toilet in the 2nd room clogged.

Each night of my stay a guest with loud kids would check in and wake everyone up at 2-4am by having them run down the hallway and screaming on top of their lungs. The doors have extra large undercuts so there's virtually no sound proofing.

I came at 1am and I got very bad room close to the reception , a lot of noise , i couldn't sleep knowing i was coming from a long flight. The guy who was working there told me everything was booked but i told him i booked my room 3 days ago, so i was suppose to get better room, i paid 330$ for sleepless night
