Great place to stay. In the center of everything.

This is our 3rd time stayin in Anna Maria island and we were satisfied with the accommodations. We stayed in the Royal palm studio with a Murphy bed and the room is huge! Also has a huge screen in patio. Located directly across the beach. The room was very well cleaned

We just stayed for one night but it was a great place to stay. I love the location because you are in the middle of everything to do! Parking is horrible BUT they are awesome to get you a space if you’re staying there

We stayed at this property for 3 nights & loved it. It’s spotlessly clean & everything we needed was provided. Rooms was serviced every day which we wasn’t expecting & the towels were changed. We had beach chairs & an umbrella in the room for our use which was fantastic given we are oversee travellers. Our room had a lovely big shaded balcony we could sit on any time of the day. The location was great as we could walk to restaurants/bars. The accommodation is a little out of date but don’t be put off, this is a little gen. If we go back to Anna Maria Island we would definitely stay again.

The resort was small but very well kept. Clean environment and great customer service from front desk and parking attendees. The location was great! Beach right across the street, shopping below rooms, and restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner all walking distance.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was in the perfect location. Everything you need is right there. The rooms were so cute! Bathrooms were really nice and loved the screened in little porches.

Property was conveniently located for us. Close to shopping restaurants beach and trolley system that can get you to wherever you wanted to go. Stay was clean, staff excellent feeling of home.

Perfect place to stay in Anna Maria Island.
Close to restaurants, shopping, walking distance to beach ( like a block or less) Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are HUGE including the bathroom, shower and balcony. LOTS of drawer space and closet.
They provide 2 beach chairs and towels which is a bonus.

The location of the hotel is great. The lady at the desk was nice. There is no elevator to get up to the 2nd floor. The room was nice, back off the street…but it backed up to the post office and they were loading/unloading at 630am, it was loud. Getting in/out of AMI is a problem, other than early in the am.

Just there for one night. Excellent facility. Just off the beach. Two problems. There is a bar at the end of the building. Was loud the Monday night we were there. Fortunately it closed down at 9:30. Second. There was various loud humming and screeching in the room’s various mechanics that night. Noticeably for a light sleeper.

The room was so spacious and clean. ALL the employees were so nice and helpful. It is located right across the street from the beach and in the middle of shops and restaurants. We will be back for a longer stay next time!!

A great location on a holiday-happy street! While we could only book a 3-night minimum on the hotel’s website, we were able to book a 1-night stay for Christmas Day. Check in time is 3pm, but our room was available at noon. The studio apt. room had a huge balcony overlooking Bridge St. with a complete kitchen - full size fridge, range, dishwasher, living room area, TV / cable and a comfortable king size Murphy bed.
We would love to stay there again!

Amazing stay! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location where you can park and walk everywhere - beach, food, drinks.
Lots of happy hours within a quick walk. Room was very clean and roomy. Shower was huge with great water pressure. Very easy walk to the beach.

This is an older property, but well-maintained and with beachy charm. Location is great, just across the street from the beach, and surrounded by cute shops and a variety of dining options. Staff was without exception friendly and helpful, from desk clerk Kathy to parking lot attendant Buzz to the housekeeping staff. Our accommodations were comfortable and spacious, with a well appointed kitchen, a huge shower and a whirlpool tub big enough for two.

Every morning it sounded like metal carts were being pushed around echoing through the building. The parking attendant was great cleaning my windshield but a perceived big deal in coming back to park

The property is a little old but well maintained. Front desk people are really friendly and helpful. Convenient location, cross the street from the beach. Close to shops and convenience store. The restaurant close by has live music so if you have young kids will be noise until 10:00pm.

Amazing resort. Clean and spacious and plenty of dining options plus just steps from the beach. We'll definitely be back to explore more.
