Located in central Santa Cruz the hotel is perfectly placed for getting about the town. Tram, bus and taxi links are nearby. The room we stayed in was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was immaculate.
The staff were all very professional and friendly, providing advice as and when needed.

Nice price, Quick check-in and very courteous Front desk officer - at my request, changed my room to one with Park view without fuss. Comfortable bed and quality bathroom. I will definitely stay here again.

Well positioned hotel with large and spacious rooms. With the windows closed, I couldn't notice the noise in the plaza below. Good wifi and friendly staff.

Convenient hotel located right in the city center on one of the main streets, where you have a bakery right next door, and a really tasty restaurant El Aguila a bit down the street.
Hotel was clean and convenient. Didn’t really use many of their offers, but everything about my stay worked really nicely. Easy with early check-in as well.

The hotel is in a fabulous location in Santa Cruz - facing the lovely central square with shaded trees surrounded by many restaurants, shops, musuems etc. Its dining room on the 1st floor provides great views while having breakfast or dinner. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also large with very good facilities and complimentary soaps, shampoo etc. The bed was very comfortable and the large TV had many channels. Staff were very efficient and their service was excellent.

Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.The hotel is in an excellent location. We could walk to all the sights we wanted to see and to the museums we visited. Would book this hotel again.

The location was great. It was right in the center, next to a bus stop and yet on a pedestrian only street so very peaceful. The included breakfasts were great and served on white tablecloths by uniformed waiters. Our room had a balcony as well but no coffee maker and the hair dryer was sketchy. The service was great though and had we mentioned it I’m sure it would have been replaced. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unlike the advertisement they had very little parking. Difficult and slow check in — 40 minutes — and I got the wrong room, they had to change me but only after I complained. Great view from the Superior room and great location, but false advertising on the parking, spotty service, and the rooms were “updated” maybe 15-20 years ago. Still I might stay there again, there is 10 euro parking a 5-min walk away.

We stayed at the Principe Paz during our visit to Tenerife. The location is the best; across the street from a park and cafe.The churro shop was great, we had churros every morning. The only 'strange' thing was that the lobby was surrounded by a Baby Gap store.

It was rather difficult to find the hotel because it is in a building with a massive Benetton store. The reception area is in the back of the area. But, it’s location for the purpose of sightseeing, shopping and restaurants could not be better. Really amazing location so the hassle of finding I can be forgiven. The hotel is outstanding in its cleanliness. Our room was an interesting configuration. The door led into a small hallway, left was the very small bedroom, and straight in was a really nice sized bathroom. Overall, definitely recommend this hotel. Good wifi.

i got in in the am, and was able to check in. the room was a nice size. Best of this hotel is the location, you can walk to so much, its great. only foreign channels so i had to heavily depend on the weak room wifi.

In a pedestrian zone overlooking a park this relatively small hotel has few facilities, but why spend time in a hotel when the whole city centre is just a few steps away? The staff were lovely, the continental breakfast nice, but the cooked breakfast was only bacon and eggs. We used it as a base to go exploring and were very happy with it.

Went to Santa Cruz for Carnival and pleased to find that Hotel Principe Paz was in an excellent location. The Carnival was right on our doorstep. Hotel comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly. Not a hotel if you want to sleep as people returning from Carnival up to 5am and full of the joy of Carnival. Would stay there again for Carnival time.
