We took a chance and just went with this hotel because of the reviews, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The location is great, walking distance from restaurants and bars, and the water taxis are right downstairs to take you to Amalfi town and Positano with just a 30-40 minute boat ride. We shared a boat to Capri for the day and it all worked out perfectly. Great hotel, breathtaking views, excellent service, food and ambiance. We stayed a week and didn’t want to leave ever again. They have car parking, which is rare and a big plus all along the Amalfi Coast. You cannot go wrong staying in Praiano, especially at Hotel Onda Verde

A very pleasant stay, ideal for rest & relaxation. The staff are very friendly & the outdoor facilities are excellent. The room cleanliness was excellent & the balcony was an excellent addition. The TV in the room picture was not working but did not really matter to me. The restaurant is ok, I think the food is overpriced for what it is but that’s the Amalfi coast wherever you go. Overall I enjoyed my few days here.

Great location, views, service! In between two great towns to visit. 3 minutes walk to a small beach nearby, 15 car or boat (!) ride to two very nice downtowns

We spent the last 6 nights of our honeymoon here and can honestly say we will be back. We were so happy with the location and even though you were away from the hustle and bustle of positano and amalfi you were close enough to get to it. There were constant water taxis at your disposal and the hotel helps with your transportation. The beach and pool were also a plus given how hot the summers get they were also right there for you. Praiano also has many amazing restaurants within reach that we loved. The hotel rooms were so nice and had balconies overlooking the water and the staff were always so amazing. They even gave us a little going away gift at the end of our stay. 10/10 would recommend this spot.

Overall stay was good especially after intervention from the owner and senior front desk personnel who was lovely to deal with and quite helpful
Room was smaller that indicated on the booking with limited seating area and basic washroom amenities
Experience at the Hotel restaurant for dinner was enjoyable
Breakfast was lovely with attentive pleasant staff
Most upsetting was the experience with a new young and inexperienced staff who was abrupt and dismissive upon arrival with no information regarding hotel amenities and Breakfast as being part of the package

Hotel Onda Verde is a wonderful place. The views are incredible, the staff very friendly/attentive and the restaurant "Franchino" had amazing dishes (sea food and pasta). We will definitely go back, hopefully next year!

Francesco was very helpful. Checked us early , offered great suggestions and arranged for our trips to Amalfi and Island of Capri. Restaurant was superb. Will come back again!!

Loved staying here for our time in Praiano. Would definitely recommend this as a travel spot. Staff was very helpful with coordinating our taxi to and from the airport as well as a day trip to Capri.

Feels like a hidden gem on the coast. Tucked away into the cliff, this hotel is beautiful. Small and boutique, but everything you’d need. The pool and lounge area is gorgeous. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the on-site restaurant for dinner is one of the best in the area. The hotel location is great too. 3 min walk down to the beach/marina (where you catch water taxis to Positano, Amalfi etc), restaurants etc. The hotel also was great at helping coordinate private transfer to and from Naples. Everything felt seamless and easy so all we had to do was enjoy our vacation. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

Hotel Onda Verde was lovely and I wish we had stayed there longer! Tucked into the coastal cliffs in a small marina area of Praiano, the hotel had nice rooms, beautiful views, and luxurious amenities. The pool area was especially nice, even though it was small - we had a great time hanging out there all afternoon! The hotel restaurant La Franchino was also amazing, definitely eat there!

Locations is just absolutely stunning. Rooms are comfortable and very modern with a bit of Italian charm. The staff were just the best!! Very friendly and great in assisting with transportations, dinner reservations and excursions.

An incredibly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room with stunning sea view, delicious food and conveniently located at the beach and marina for water taxis. Less crowded than Positano and Amalfi. Perfecto!

My boyfriend and I had the absolute BEST stay! The location is perfect- it has a pool and several different beach spots to choose from. One is right under the hotel, the other 2 are less than a 5 minute walk along the ocean. Amazing restaurant options also. The pool was also amazing as well as the lounge area. There were several different lounge areas to choose from. There is a fun bar and restaurant called Il Pirata directly below the hotel. It is a 5-10 minute drive to Praiano, and maybe 15 minute drive to Positano. We went to Positano for lunch and left immediately because it was wayyyy too crowded.
Staff was friendly, attentive, helpful, and fun. Absolute perfect stay!

Away from the bustle of Amalfi or Positano but easy to take local bus or water taxi to explore. Gorgeous view, wonderful pool area and charming restaurant. What else would one require?

We had a wonderful stay! I booked this last minute and could not have been happier with the hotel, location or staff. The rooms are lovely and ours had a beautiful sea view. We were right on the water in a very tranquil bay in Priano, right outside Positano. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return some day.

This Hotel is really beautiful. Although the hotel is not visible from street level only the parking lot, once you step in and get settled in your room, hopefully with a balcony you realize the architectural and engineering marvel that it is.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The hotel is located in a quiet area but one that is central to majority of the cities on the Amalfi Coast. Would highly recommend!

The property is beautiful, spacious, and has wonderful views. It's right on the waters edge so quick access to the beach and waterside restaurants is nice.
