The hotel is great with large spacious bedroom, great breakfast and well located for public transport. Despite been near the périphérique it is extremely quiet.

Did not free safe in area. Staff were not helpful.

The hotel was good, the metro was near by. However they are building a stadium nearby so lots of building work going on. The breakfast was just ok.

Good and Nice

Hotel is clean and has all the facilities needed. Metro just 10 minutes walk from hotel. Parking at the hotel for €20 - a day.

Outside the building is under construction. The area is not safe.

It was nice to send an email to update on the work that was being carried out outside the property. It would have been better if this was mentioned at the time of booking. It was too late for us to receive the email as we were traveling.

Great property near to metro, area is a building site between metro and property but is only a 5 min walk. Good service great breakfast and very friendly check in gentleman. There is no milk in the rooms or glasses only paper cups so ensure to bring your own. We also stayed in La Defense which was a nicer area as construction was relatively separate from the hotel.

The room was perfect, spacious, clean and very nice. Shower and bath perfect! Staff was friendly but to little staff they were very busy. The breakfast was chaotic. to many people, nopg enough staff to refresh ans clean up. The breakfast itself was very good but the room was to crowded and very messy. When we cleared a table of dirty dishes ourselfs so we could sit, staff was unfriendly because we put it at the bar. there was no other clear place to put it. Parking was supposed to be included in what i paid but after getting to the parking door we still had to pay 20 euro. Because there were al lot of cars behind us waiting, we decided to pay. There was a lot of work on the roads around te hotel, we could not take the highway exit we needed and were looking for a long time how to get to the hotel. It would have been nice to get an email upfront about this. The rooms were great but we would never go back again or recommend it.

I like staff member , hotel , but area was very dirty unsafe

The Hotel experience was great. Very clean Hotel. The parking we had to pay 20 euro although is says on the website that parking is free, so they need to check that. The neighbourhood is kind of scary but other than that i recommend it

Unsafe area

Although the room was an ok size (not quite what we were expecting) and relatively clean, they were quite dated. The washrooms were split into two seperate areas - bathing and toilet, neither of which had ventilation. The area surrounding the property did not feel safe. The closest metro stop was about 500m away, however to reach it you had to walk through an area with open drug use and many unsavoury individuals. It was near impossible for us to get a taxi in the mornings, so we ended up relying on uber for transportation. There were no restaurants or cafes in the hotel or the immediate area, the hotel did however have a kiosk where you could order food delivery. Without improvements to the local area, I would highly advise families to avoid.

We were told it was close to things. It was not. Area was dangerous after dark and didn't feel able to enjoy our holiday as we couldn't be out late.

The hotel itself is very good, cannot fault it in any way. Staff are very nice and the rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The only negative point I can make is that the local area does not feel safe. Between the metro/tram and the hotel, there are drug abusers and homeless harassing people for money.

Property was ok. Air con was pretty much non existent so slept with window open for 2 nights listening to the non stop drone of traffic on both motorways and local roads.

Brilliant arrangement of room. Very good facilities in room, such as kitchenette and a curtain separating the parents area from the children’s area. Great to have a bath and shower. Breakfast has lots of options. The sausages were really nice. The pancakes were not great. The hot drinks were really nice.

Very nice hotel, But outside feeling unconformtable

This was not a Novotel 4 star experience because the lift to the underground parking was broken, the queues at breakfast were long due to a lack of seating, the bathtub was too used and shabby. The biggest issue here is obviously the unsafe location.

Excellent attention

My stay at the Novotel was very disappointing; however, the main points are that I wish to make people aware that the worst is not the hotel staff, the dodgy people in and out of the hotel, or the inability to communicate since they barely speak English... The worst is the surrounding area, where there are many drug addicts, homeless people, etc. It is not a safe area to be in.

The room was good but service at reception was always slow

The Hotel was located in a very extreme dangerous area of Paris, we were very concern on safety issues around the hotel. Immediately after arrival we decided to look for other hotel in a safer place. we did not used the room and felt dissapointed with Booking in offering such accomodation to tourist from other countries. we request at least devolution of our paid booking. I am a frequest user of Booking but the offered hotel was extremely dissapointed. we invite you to visit the hotel at night time and will see the sourrondings.

The hotel doesn't match the photos it is not a 4 star hotel it is a dump.

Great hotel located just by Paris, every day we went into Paris very easily never had any problems with the area either, people completely judge this area by its cover, great hotel
