Lovely hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast

I had a single small room, and as is usual with some accommodation in such a hotel, there was no view beyond the building's void, which appeared to be shared with a neighbouring property. Although there was an amount of banging and clattering seemingly coming from this area during the day, such noise ceased at night time and didn't present an issue. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the shower worked well. It was good to have a fridge not stocked with over priced mini bar items, but free for one's own use. It would have been nice to have had more than three coat hangers. Minor quibbles aside, this was an excellent choice of accommodation, which is well situated, very handy for the city centre sights, and also with quick and easy access to the metro and bus services. The breakfast buffet was an absolute treat, with varied and good quality food and drinks, and I liked that decent items at reasonable price could be bought from the reception area at all times. The reception and other staff in this hotel were at all times helpful, and very welcoming, and given the overall value for money on offer I felt the hotel deserving of an excellent rating.

Nice hotel, well decorated, comfy bed and pleasant staff. Good location in Valencia, close to main station, lots of attractions and nice restaurants. However, the room I had was poorly soundproofed and I could hear everything in the corridor - not normally an issue for me but others on my floor liked to shout and slam doors at 1am.

Very central location- close to all the main attractions, metro and bars/cafe restaurants. Super friendly and helpful staff. Reccomended getting the breakfast- especially the tortilla!

Excellent quality 3-star hotel at a perfect location. Staff are friendly, courteous, and all speak English well. Yummy and fresh continental breakfast, with good selection. Room is comfortably air conditioned. Bathroom is spacious, well decorated, and has a rainfall shower with great water pressure.

All the receptionist very good and friendly, they gave me a lot of facilities....very clean the room, good air conditioner, the hotel close to the shops , good situation inside the city. All the customers think like me. I recommended to everyone who like to visit Valencia.

Brilliant stay, Staff were really friendly called me a taxi when it was raining and upgraded my room for free as I’m 6ft6 and said I needed a bigger room! Great location near centre of Valencia and Metros!

Great location, and very comfortable bed. My room had fruit flies which was a bit concerning considering there was no food in my room. Very little amenities but at least had a blow dryer in the room. Overall it was what I expected for the price.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Xativa and Valencia Nord. Friendly staff. We stayed for MotoGP and it was ideal. Up early and out late so didn’t hang about in hotel. I’m not sure there was anywhere to hang out but why would you when Valencia is outside! So many bars, cafes and places to eat surrounded by stunning architecture and atmosphere.

Remarkable location next to Caixa art space, across from Royal Garden, 1 block to Prado and less than kilometer from Atocha train station. Lots of dining choices within 5 minute walk. Great staff. Reason for less than perfect rating: only place to charge phone is in the bathroom, and only when you are in room (room card activates electricity). That plus a little wear and a drafty bathroom. But for price and location: excellent.

Hotel doesn’t deserve 3* but max 2!!! Room is very small, beds are short and im average tall (woman). Hotel is old and the ac in the room is freezing even with the highest temperatur on. So you either gonna lose your breath because of no air or because of freezing yourself. The woman in the breakfast looked like she was unhappy with her job. The only positive thing was the woman in the reception, she was nice.

I had a single bed... the bed was so short, my feet didn’t fit... and I’m not that tall (5’10 / 177cm). Breakfast was pretty good and complete.

All good. Location, wifi, staff, and facilities are great. The only thing can be improved maybe the thin wall. Overall was great stay for me.

I had a great stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quite small but clean and absolutely fine for a short stay on my own. The hotel is very well located - a short walk to the central market, the Lonja de la Sada and lots of nice places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good location only a few blocks from the train station. Easy walk to Plaza De La Reina and the Mercado. Many restaurants around. The desk staff helpful and cheerful. Room was small but nicely appointed. While this is a small matter....the guest is provided one glass & two paper cups no matter the length of stay. I always had to go downstairs to hunt for more. But a nice place and I’d stay there again.
