The only complaint i have is that the shuttle from the airport was close to half an hour late. As the Aura was the final delivery spot, my arrival was late indeed.

We checked in very late due to airport delays and the front desk person was very friendly and the room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel shuttle had ended and due to the delays we missed the last one. Got an Uber Which was also great. Like that the hotel was located close to the airport. We were only staying overnight but would definately stay here again

Great hotel, very convenient to get to airport. Rooms couldn’t be cleaner or more comfortable. Hotel representative at desk when we checked in most pleasant - as was the person at desk when we checked out.

When we arrived at 1 am room was in disarray and it took a bit to give us the last room in the hotel Breakfast was continental but minimal

I work in the airline industry, which requires taxing conditions such as laboring long hours on the backside of the clock. The conditions we are exposed to challenge a person’s physiology. People in this industry are not looking for opulence, just simply a retreat to relax and recharge. Hotel Aura possesses all of the creature comforts that we utilize in a clean, comfortable environment. Operated by a friendly staff and all topped off with a fair price, what more could you ask for?

This hotel was very nice and clean and only 10 minutes from SFO airport so it was convenient for an early flight.

This is a very spacious and well appointed room, furnishing are “higher end” bed was inviting and very comfortable, breakfast was basic and some fresh fruit would have made a big difference.

Only stayed overnight. Flight landed late and next flight was early the next day…however, the time spent there was pleasant. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. Staff was friendly and the airport shuttle was a plus. Will return if I’m in the area again.

Whether you're headto airport the next, exploring the area or heading to a 49er game. Hotel Aura will not disappoint. Throughly enjoyed my stay and will be booking again

The room was great. It was clean, spacious, super quiet, the bed was very comfortable (slept like a rock), wifi good, bathroom clean and big enough for two of us. What I didn’t like was during check in an older black man came in and asked if there were any rooms available. He was waved off by the woman at reception and told no. The parkade is immediately off the lobby so I went to help him find a room by showing him Expedia. I returned to the desk and the woman from the hotel asked if I knew him. I said, “no, but I wanted to help him find a room for him and his wife.” She darted to the parkade and told him they did have rooms available. I don’t know what that was about, but it felt discriminatory. Not good.

Jocelyn at reception very friendly and courteous. Decent breakfast, but dining area kind of small when crowd is there.

I'd say the shuttle information listed on 3rd party sites and "breakfast" are misleading. It's def more of a Continental breakfast which is fine but it should say that. I was charged $25 for checking in early which was not listed anywhere and had to take a taxi because I didn't get shuttle information until close to arrival so I couldn't change reservation.

My family and I had a great and comfortable 2 night stay!!
