1 ST NIGHT WAS A NOISEY DUE TO NEIGHBORS NEXT DOOR. BUT THE SECOND WAS NICE ABLE TI SLEEP.

Convenient location! Nice price for the quality. Breakfast was just OK no fruit options. Staff helpful and pleasant

Bathroom sink didn’t drain at first, same with tub. Finally drained slowly! When I shower I do not like standing in soapy water waiting for it to slowly drain. Toilet wouldn’t drain on last day. Shower water was lukewarm on first night and next morning but finally got hot water on Saturday night and Sunday morning. Found somebody’s black socks on TV table and trash on carpet under the table. Fridge was sitting on floor in front of mirror instead of inside cabinet, I think it’s too big to fit but at least it worked. We did mention sink slowly draining to front desk but my husband was able to get it draining somewhat. We didn’t know about the shower issues until late at night. We’ve stayed at other Hamptons so expected better. Cleaning person should have reported the plumbing issues and cleaned the room better. The room was very quiet and dining area was clean.

We had a great time at the hotel which is close to the freeway and literally uptown and downtown Temecula. Couldn't ask for a nicer staff and our room was clean and quiet.

1st off, checking in was easy. Parking and getting to our room was also good. The shower is amazing. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is top notch. The staff is so nice and very helpful. The only downside was something sticky and gross on the dresser under the TV and the chair was a bit dirty. It was very loud during the night, but the hotel cannot help that.

Was told that the hotel was overbooked and the room I paid for was not available. Was given a smaller one with a roll out bed. The property manager denied a refund. Very disappointed.

Part of the hotel was under construction while we were there, but our room was already renovated. Very nice, clean and comfortable. We liked using the gym and the pool. The staff were also really helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great.

Stayed there with family for a destination wedding. I was embarrassed telling all the family members that this hotel was an option we walked in to renovation of the entire first floor. dirty walls Grounds around the property unkept. Ac on room kept malfunctioning. My daughter’s allergies were triggered either due to the construction or the carpet but she sneezed the entire time there

Horrible stay, hotel going through renovation, I had no idea it was renovating, my room didn’t match the description, pool was full of insects, jacuzzi looked like it was broke for a long time, bathtub was looking dirty.

Everything about the hotel itself was great. They are currently doing construction and renovations but it didn’t impact our stay at all. The front desk was very nice and helpful. My only complaint was actually with hotels.com itself when booking. I booked a whirlpool tube and when I got there the hotel informed me that those rooms were unavailable due to maintenance and the 3rd party apps don’t update this information. But the women at the desk did give me a discount to make up for it.

I love staying at Hampton Inns. Love the included breakfast, fitness room and pool. What I really miss since Covid is the daily cleaning. What is most egregious is that the check in staff does not clarify this policy and so when the room is not cleaned, you have to call and REQUEST towels, TP, and trash removal. Not like old days. Covid is not rampant now. Bring back service!

Didn’t know about the construction until we arrived and had already paid online. The lack of aesthetic appeal was not an issue until the next morning we had workers yelling things down the hall to one another and working on things right outside of our door continuously waking us up. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want to sleep in till 10am while I’m on vacation so I was a bit disappointed when this happened. Otherwise, it was clean and safe so once they’re done remodeling you shouldn’t have any issues here.

We have stayed here many times and it is consistently a positive experience. Easy walk to Old Town.

Room was nice, bed was very comfortable, tv remote lacking, jacuzzi inoperable, breakfast awful, staff very friendly and helpful. Visited at a time when the facility was being updated.

I tried four times to contact the manager before we arrived. This was the worst Hampton Inn and Suites we have ever stayed in. They change our reservation last minute, candy on the floor, trash and bugs on the floor in the bath. No ice bucket and no hair dryer. Front desk didn’t answer the phone. Fire alarm going off around midnight. We didn’t even take a chance on the food. The smell of paint was present throughout the building. The chair in the room was on rollers and dangerous for an ADA room. The bed frame was very dangerous since the metal corners were exposed. We have stayed at Hampton Inns across the Southwest and this was a terrible experience.

I Bookess this hotel for my 20 year anniversary with my wife. I booked this room specifically for the in room whirlpool. Turns out this tub was broken. Maintenance tried to fugure out the problem but was not able to. Real ummer that this did not work when it was the only reason i chose this room

We may have had a uniquely unfortunate experience but still think it’s important to share. The hotel hallways were being renovated, there was a power outage for 4 hours and during that time there were a bunch of teenagers running around the hallways, sitting on the main desk and being quite loud. The hotel did provide flashlights and I believe the outage was the entire grid, but they had no back up generator. The power also went out the next day briefly. I’m addition, we requested conditioner because our shampoo and conditioner had not been refilled and we never received more despite the front desk telling us we would.

Arrived to only find out they are undergoing renovations. The hallway which our room was in was stripped of wall paper and had stuff written all over the walls. They were sanding drywall in the same hallway and we would have to walk past them in all the dust which they were wearing masks for. Drywall dust all in the room.
Half the parking spaces were taken up by shipping containers. Was charged a $50 deposit which was never refunded for no reason what-so-ever. Hot tub didn't work. Could only enter the hotel through the front door. Keys would not work on side door where the pool is so they would use duct tape to keep the handle from latching. Said the place was pet friendly but absolutely no place on the grounds for them to relieve themselves. Would not recommend this place at all.

The hotel was close to old town Temecula and my stay was fine for 1 night. I liked the digital key and I didn't have to talk to the front desk at all. The beds were clean and there are plugs right next to the bed. My room's sink did not drain so I had to have maintenance fix that. The breakfast was mediocre and I do not think there was someone to ensure the food areas and tables were clean after people got their food and ate. So coming down later in the morning for breakfast felt kinda dirty.
