I love this hotel, beautiful property, clean very comfortable in a great location& very friendly and helpful people! Love this hotel and I want to go back and stay on my next visit.

Great hotel. Walked from the railway station about a mile away as straight safe road to the beach with good footpaths. Great buffet breakfast and helpfully staff. Fully recommend

Staff were amicable and friendly. Breakfast was great lots of choices. Only complaint was the air conditioning was inefficient. Also dinner in the hotel was not available for single booking only for group tours

Excellent staff very good breakfast and service at the bar were all first class. Across the road from the beach and some good restaurants within walking distance. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and may well return one day

We love the hotel, it’s beautiful and fully renovated. The room was not very size, clean and had all the modern equipment. Very convenient walking distance to the beach where we had sun beds reserved from the hotel and towels were provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back there again.

Lovely hotel, well located on the seafront at Viareggio. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. The electric blinds are great for ensuring that the early sun does not wake you. The breakfast was fabulous; it consisted of a buffet with an amazing choice as well as a made to order menu. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening and the meal was well presented, reasonably priced and delicious. All staff we dealt with were very helpful, polite and friendly; a credit to the hotel. We had a fabulous stay- thank you Hotel President.

One of our favorite hotel stays on our 18 day trip to Italy. We had a panoramic view of the promenade from our corner room. Pay for it because it’s worth it. Plus the breeze is amazing. The restaurants are okay..nothing to brag about. Shopping is good and anything you need is conveniently close. The beach is nice. You MUST rent a bike from within the park and ride the promenade. You can also ride within the park. Amazingly, my wife and I rode nearly 12 miles just cruising along enjoying the views. We stopped for food and drinks in the park, then grabbed a gelato on the promenade. People watching is fun to pass the time. Friendly staff especially the servers at breakfast. Although it’s not customary to tip in Italy..don’t be a tight ass and tip the workers if they deserve it!

We came for Carnivale celebration and what a treat. Hotel was gorgeous and afforded incredible views of the parade. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower had great water pressure! Bed very comfortable. Lots of closet space. Floors could be slippery when wet.

Overall good place for a quick stop, the staff is super nice and friendly but the rooms don’t like anything in the pictures. I booked what was supposed to be a superior room with a nice balcony but furniture and decor is outdated and ugly. Could be much nicer if they refresh and do nice decor.

Excellent hotel in Viareggio located directly across from the beach. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed. No on-site parking but easy to find parking on the street when you pay for the day pass offered at the front desk. Very good selection of items included in the breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay at the President Hotel and highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel, just off the beach in Viareggio. Our room was modern and spacious with views of the water, and the AC helped cool the room on the hot summer days. The bed was OK, the hotel should invest in better bedding as the sheet was scratchy and lacking any duvet. The bathroom was beautifully renovated, with great water pressure. Breakfast was included which was a great perk, and they are affiliated with beach Irene (right across the street) which was also highly convenient and offered us beach towels daily. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great location and clean hotel!

This hotel lived up to the 4 stars it has. The breakfast was excellent and the room was in the corner of the building so we had 2 windows looking at the sea. The bed was roomy and comfortable and the rain shower washed all stress away. The heated towel racks were a favorite of mine. The restaurant was not open yet but you had many options around the hotel. It has a great location being across the street from the free beach. We enjoyed having drinks in the lounge. FYI the laundry service is very pricey to use.

Absolutely great hotel and service. They had a problem with hot water during our stay. Situation was handled a fair way and we got a reasonable discount. Staff were very helpful and kind. Thank you !

lovely stay! location is great, room was comfortable & roomy, beautiful black & white tiled bathroom! breakfast that’s included in your stay was awesome! so much to choose from or have made for you!! bar & main room was very nice, very nice bartender also. one downfall for me....no irons allowed, bring a steamer.

Nice decor and very clean rooms cleaned twice a day. Good breakfast with a la carte available to order included in the price. Prices in the hotel bar ridiculous high (40ml JD 10 euro). No free parking.

It was a pleasant stay. We had a lovely balcony and very sunny room.

You promised parking in your advertisements and use of a pool opposite which did not exist !! We had to pay £80 Euros to park in the street and 150 Euros to sit on the Hotel supposed beach site which in fact was privately owned by someone else. The alleged discount did not exist.All photos are misleading as taken from across the road in the beach front gardnes. There were no garden areas nor walks as Hotel on road front. Derelict building site next door.

Traditional bedrooms. It was just a shame that our room overlooked a building site. However despite this we had a very good view of the beach.
