Service was good. I expected a larger selection for the continental breakfast. The room smelled bad and was very in need of a make over. The seat cushions on the chairs were split open. There were stains on the pillowcases. The pillows and mattress were not very comfortable.The tub did not drain well. There was a used bar of soap and a used washcloth in the bathroom. I don't plan to stay there again.

As long as you like attempting to sleep while it’s 80 degrees in the room, ac set to 60 would blow cold for 30 seconds then 15mins of hot air making hotter than it actually was outside. Should have taken the hint when I walked in the lobby was hot

I was very disappointed with the hotel. I expected more from a Hotel.com facility. At checkin the clerk could not find my reservation even after I provided my confrirmation #. Now for the room, what a disappointment. There were no electrical outlets at the desk to connect my laptop and lighting was very poor. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy and the bathroom was in serious need of an update. The bathtub drain was rusted and tub stained. Dont let the exterior appearance fool you!

No air conditioning (children were up all night sweating), sheets and bathroom were filthy

The sink was almost clogged. There was an old drink found in the mini fridge. The door was ajar when we arrived at the room. The room seemed like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in some time.

The property was extremely dirty and had a great deal of deferred maintenance Floors/carpet filthy and rooms in need of fumigation Parking was inadequate Even though we paid for two nights, we sacrificed the second night’s charge and left after one unpleasant night

Terrible would never stay there or recommend it to anyone. Felt so uncomfortable and we went outside and someone had put trash on our bumper.

Terrible service. Dirty hotel. Have to ask for toilet paper and the staff doesn’t respond. Full of drug users. Never again.

The receptionist was not at her station when I arrived. I had to ring the bell twice before she turned up. She was “surly” and not the least friendly. 🙀

Parking was terrible, very limited. Location because it was right by the train tracks, the air conditioning unit was loud, the toilet wasn't working properly, the place smells, breakfast was mediocre at best, and tv wasn't working properly,

The staff were friendly, courteous and tried to be helpful. The coffee pot was too dirty to use. The hair dryer would not work at all. I had to have the maintenance man apply brute force to make the shower work, the keys had to be placed, the elevator was quite slow and the luggage carts and doors to the building were difficult to use. I will say that the bed was comfortable. I don’t mind the lack of updates, but malfunction and lack of cleanliness are hard to tolerate.

If you are looking for friendly staff and a place to lay your head it’s perfect with Lewiston’s limited options. Easy walking to everything downtown. Have stayed there all 3 times we have gone.

I have been seeing steady improvements here in past couple years. Cody, the manager, is very engaging with guests. You can feel his goal driven attitude for best service.

Well in the 10 days I stayed there. My sheets were NEVER changed in 10 days. They came in the room 1 time only to Make the bed but not change sheets not 1 time in 10 days. Oh dumped the garbage twice. One time I set it outside of the door. I’m thinking the manager should be replaced and the head cleaning lady fired on the spot. But I believe she lives on the second floor. Why?Very unhappy and will never ever stay there again

Front desk was very nice, but I'm glad I had Lysol wipes with me to clean ! The bathroom was so dusty and gross ! Beds were comfy, rest of room was ok

This property has taken reals steps to upgrade since I last stayed. Very clean and everything worked!

Place smelled like mildew. Bed was extremely lumpy...I do would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was dirty and in need of updating. Only 2 towels were in the room and when we asked for 2 more because we had 2 kids so there were 4 of us we were told only 2 weee allowed. 1 roll of toilet paper. With the amount they charge they should be a bit more accommodating.

View is very nice, parking convenient. Very bad hot water supply for showers 😣

Motel smelled of cigarettes and wet dog

Spacious rooms, good parking and security, lots of hot water. My only complaint was the quantity of dog excrement that hadn't been picked up either by the dog owners or by the hotel. I know they charge a pet fee but I become frustrated with irresponsible dog owners.

Well for starters it took them 3 trys too find a room that didn't smell of mildew and of rot is what it smelled like to me and as I was renting it for helping a friend who has feel upon difficult times and was accosted in an parking by some weirdo doing a sexual act in front of her I just wanted her safe and so I booked here but I must add that during this stay the room they finally found happened to be next to some gal who was obviously on something and even was arguing with someone in the hallway at like 3am of which nobody came too stop it or shut it down. I never saw anyone vacuum in the what was supposed to be a 4 day stay which was really weird and the carts that they have to use for taking luggage up to your rooms were all in sad shape as well. And.. their hot tub had a film on the top that looked as they were raising frogs in it. Lastly I'll add that while I was there simply helping a beautiful soul be safe they decided somehow that a guy who was helping someone without ever even being romantically involved was somehow inappropriate with others and made other guest feel uncomfortable in some way as they called the police on me and when i asked how this was so I only got that we cannot disclose this information! Unreal as I'm pretty sure anyone who is simply accused has a right to know why but they gave nothing and even trespassed.me from their stinky, dirty bag motel for a year. I've heard they've done this to others then rented the room after kicking them out!!
