We arrived at 1, too early for normal checkin at 3pm, but the receptionist told us our room would be available at 2pm. It wasn't ready until 3pm. We didn't notice with the TV on in the room, but there was a loud noise coming from the roof above our room, a noise that sounded like a large electric motor running. Unable to sleep in the middle of the night, I went to reception to ask that we be moved to a more quiet room. Initially the receptionist told me there were no empty rooms, that the hotel was full. I told her I would reflect this in my opinion on Expedia. Miraculously she found a quiet room available! When an employee was helping us move from our VIP room, 324, he listened to the noise and told us there was a big motor, for the climate control on the roof above our room.

Its all good,nice ,clean and efficient, people who works there,are very nice..

Stuff dont know about VIP dirty pool. Blod in one of the pillow not towels. And i have to request extra stuff for my partner the room basically was not set up for 2 i have to go back and forth whit the front desk and they dont even show interest in help

beds are confortable, food is good, the bar an the areas, easy entrance and reception..

This is a very good hotel.

Before booking a room I called the hotel to see if they allowed dogs. The fellow on the phone assured me they are a pet friendly hotel. Upon arrival with my prepaid booking at 11:30pm I was told there is an 800 peso plus tax pet fee, approximately what I paid for the room! How is that pet friendly? The person I spoke with the night before said nothing about a pet fee. I would not have booked the hotel had I known. If it were not 11:30pm I would have left. The people working at the front desk could or would not do anything about it. The manager was unreachable or did not care when we were checking in and checking out the next morning. I felt like I was a bait and switch victim - ripped off.

Someone ask a king size bed room but when he arrived they didn’t give him room that room they gave him a doble bed With me they charge me the breakfast I thought it was paid through Expedia when I reserved the room. They are nasty in that way

The personal are amazing very good breakfast and good environment, rooms are quiet.

I liked that it hotel was clean and had parking space, I enjoyed my time in Fiesta Inn. However I think the housekeeper should mapped the floors everyday and the sheet should be clean and change everyday, I understand sometimes they might have stain but they should be white clean.

Very pleased with this hotel & staff. Super friendly! Amazing food and room service! Totally forgot about my daily free breakfast and I had breakfast every day, bummer! The only thing I recommend is a deep cleaning of the showers. Lots of removable mold spots that grossed me out. Overall, great pick!
