We had a great stay as a group of 12. Sasha at the front desk was wonderfully helpful with all our requests. The hotel is clean and located in a prime and busy area.

Great stay! We had a festive close by and it was the best hotel in terms of location.

The hotel was very clean, the location is perfect, the staff is very friendly. The room was a little small for 3 adults( 2 adults and a 17 year old) and the bed was ok, but the mattress was a little hard. I should have booked a bigger room. The breakfast was very good, lots of options and plenty of room. They supply pool and beach towels. You have a safe in the room but you need to get a key for it, not very convenient. All in all we had a great stay and would still recommend it.

Caters to all in breakfast options, you can kickback on the grounds when not in the mood of running around as a tourist

We had a good stay at Jupiter hotel in Portimão. Very friendly staff, they are welcoming and very helpful. Clean and nice looking hotel. Nice size of the rooms, nice pool but a little too small if many want to lay there. Luckily it’s a short walk to the beach. Ok breakfast, there is plenty to choose from, but would have liked a bit higher standard. The snacks you can buy by the pool feels very “pre-made”. Great spa with good deals on treatments. The beds are quite hard, so if you are used to a softer comfort you might find it a bit too hard and a little difficult to fall asleep. Plus points for live music on certain evenings, it’s a great touch.

The Jupiter hotel is a lovely hotel located on the beachfront of Praia da Rocha. Very friendly and helpful staff. High standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. We were on half board and the although there was a good range of food options sometimes they were not the tastiest or were lukewarm. Great range of fruit, plenty options of breakfast and always 2 soups and plenty dessert options. The pool was alway immaculate, very comfortable to lie out in or enjoy a drink or food in the shade. A big bar and plenty seating indoors with plenty large screens for watching sport. Good gym and nice looking spa - although we never used it! We would certainly return.

First of all, the hotel is not accessible by car. When we arrived, the front desk suggested us to leave the car in the bus stop and drag all our pieces of luggage 2 blocks to reach the hotel. After the checkin, the front desk gave us completely wrong information about the public parking close by. The hotel has live music till midnight in the amenities and it looked the band was playing inside my room. Asked to the front desk about the music and they mentioned they would lower the volume but never did. If you expect to sleep before midnight, don’t come to this hotel. On the next day, we asked for swimming pool towels, but, of coarse, no one was on the towel station till after 9am. Room service provided only one towel and didn’t fill up the shower soap and it ended in the middle of my shower. Called front desk and they took 35 min to take it, so I was waiting to finish my shower while that. The front desk and people related to the issues didn’t say at least “sorry” for the bad services at any moment and it looked we are the ones bothering them. The hotel says it is a 4 star hotel, but this is an Ibis with larger rooms, lobby and restaurant super decadent. 1st floor rooms have the windows right close to the roofing and, for few times, random people were walking in the roofing looking inside the rooms.

Central location on praia de rocha in portimao right on the beach with relatively easy walk down to the beach. plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Has garage parking as well for relatively low price and portimao is centrally located to visit many sights in Algarve. Also has excellent breakfast buffet. Also has dinner buffet if desired

Great place! Staff is amazing and everything was perfect.

At first it was confusing with their parking system but once you got the code, all is fine. The breakfast coffee machine seems like running out of milk quiet often so had to wait for the refill

The property was close to the beach and restaurants. It has an excellent breakfast. The area that could use improvement is around the pool area. The enclosure needs to be replaced.

No complaints at all. Provided exactly what I needed for a 13 day stay in Praia da Rocha. Excellent full breakfast each morning.

Good hôtel, nice staff, nothing special with the room, clean, slightly small but it does the job. Slightly difficult to figure out how to get into the street of the hotel as it’s closed for normal traffic and you seem to need a code to access. We were lucky a local delivery van opened it for us.

The proximity to the beach was very nice.

Very good hotel, good clean rooms and friendly staff. Beds are a little firm, cooked breakfast leaves a lot to be desired and was usually cold, cold food selection was good and very nice

I didn't like that a taxi could not access the hotel.
