I had a great stay. Enjoyed the breakfast and amenities. Staff was very friendly. Rooms could be a little cleaner in the bathroom upon arrival and with housekeeping but overall would recommend.

Very friendly front desk staff at check it. Quick and easy. He had longer brown hair, glasses and maybe a beard. Very friendly. Really appreciated the quick no nonsense check in. Nice place. Will stay again.

I came home riddled in bed bug bites. I hope that this review causes this property’s management to undertake a thorough cleaning and de-infestation.

We enjoyed our stay and concert.

The hotel staff was phenomenal. Tyler gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. Our stay was pleasant. Unfortunately, there was a large group at the hotel with a lot of children that were unsupervised (running in the halls and playing in the elevators). Not on the hotel of course, but made our stay less enjoyable.

absolutely disgusting they devil charge my card. It was so gross there. There was roaches everywhere. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I live a $200,000 home and had to get an exterminator after bringing my suitcases home.

the room and hotel was very clean and nice. really nice shower and had great streaming options on the tv. pool and workout area are good. also, the breakfast was top notch. Only down side was bed was harder then i would like. but, thats more person preference, but that would be a positive for some people. i did sleep well. Would def stay there agen.

The shower was very dirty and the breakfast staff just watched you like a hawk while you got your food and ate - it was very weird.

I had a great stay! The woman working the front desk was very kind and helpful and the staff handling breakfast were amazing!! The lobby was very clean, as well as my room. No complaints. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast options are good. I am happy with the 12 pm checkout, as this works for my schedule.

The property was like new. Everything was updated - from the carpet to the bedding to the furniture to the drapes.

Clean and good location

The room did not have curtains and was on the east side of the building. The sun was in our room at 6:30 am and it was very hard to sleep. Please put curtains in the rooms to block out the sun.

The service was great but the bed in the room was horrible. We were able to change rooms for our 2nd night and it was a lot better. The breakfast on Sunday was bad and they ran out of food and closed up 20 minutes early so we didn’t get to eat.

Property was well maintained. No issues during stay. Property sign and entrance driveway were hidden among multiple other hotel/restaurant signs in the area; we drove by the property and had to turn around in another hotel's parking lot to go back to this one.

Right off rip the man at the desk tried to say “you must not be the person trying to check in” because my name partners name is technically gender neutral but the desk guy made an assumption that he was supposed to be a woman and therefore not the right person I guess. Awkward already. Made it up to the room and wanted to put some food in the mini fridge but it was basically a mini microwave. It was running but definitely not cooling. And it remained this way all weekend. Safe in the closest was already closed and locked so we couldn’t use that and no one could seem to figure out how to unlock it. House keeping NEVER showed up. Signs in the room say they are supposed to show up every other day of your stay, we stay 4 days and 3 nights and housekeeping never showed. And we spent most days checked in at a festival so there was no reason they couldn’t come in at some point during the 4 days we stayed. No made bed. No new towels unless we went to the desk and asked for them. No fresh coffee. Nothing. And considering I spent almost a grand it’s pretty disappointing I didn’t come back to a clean room not even a single time. And there was not a single hot shower to be had. I tried early morning and in the middle of the night to shower and every single one was barely even warm. I will NEVER return to this Hampton no matter how close it was to the festival.

Excellrnt services, staff very friendly. Delicious continental breakfast lots to choose from. Love the shampoo and conditioner offer in the shower. Hand-soap is also offer, just wish they would have had shower gel in the shower. Hotel is very clean great stay love the noon check out.
