We enjoyed our stay

The location to the beach and Hollywood Beach Boardwalk is great. It's a few minutes walk. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room was not what I expected. The bathroom was extremely small (~ 4W X 10L). You have to sit sideways on the toilet or your knees would hit the wall. A tall person could not use this bathroom. The repair work in the bathroom and throughout the room was not professional. The door on the bathroom did not close tightly. The ceiling fan light didn't work. There were old, rusty items in the room. This issues might have just been the room that I was in, but it was very disappointing.

Very old building. No parking onsite, that was a huge hassle, finding parking. Clean and well maintained. The room I had, the bathroom was extra small.

Very dated

The resort is very nice and clean. The front desk attendant was very welcoming, and sociable. The lady with the curly hair to be exact i think shes from Nicaragua. VERY NICE lady .OH but the parking is HELL NO WHERE safe to park with the risk of being towed .Thinks that NEEDS to be address.DON'T see WHY a customer should be FORCED to pay for " Parking " AT ANY RESORT at SUCH EXPENSIVE parking fees .ITS NOT DO AT MOST rssort .People shouldn't have to check in at ANY HOTEL / RESORT the be made to pay almost as much as their room accommodations for A PARKING slot .VERY DISTASTEFUL.

Very clean and 1 minute from the beach.

I was suppose checking 3 it was nobody there and the office was open the agent left 2 hours before shift was ended so I had to wait until 5 pm to check in it sucks bad

Very clean and quaint little apartments . Location is a plus! Right next to Margaritaville and the Hollywood broadwalk. Great front desk service, beds and bathroom were very clean. All appliances like new and kitchen was equipped with all the necessary plates/pots/cups, utensils etc. We really enjoyed our stay and will go back when we visit Hollywood beach again!

Location, location, location!

Very clean, close to the beach and restaurants, quite at night but they should buy new bed mattress, our mattress was sagging. We woke up with back pain and for the parking, be ready to pay parking and walk if you don’t find close by. Overall, it was good

Amazing stay! No complaints at all! Great vibes , 20 feet away from beach and place is super clean! Not as small as everyone is saying! I will be back!

There was no one to control the noise of other guest who kept unbearable noise levels going until 3:45am. The management accept no responsibility and have not contacted me since my stay to at least apologise. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel was perfect for one person or a couple. I was alone visiting a friend. It’s literally steps to the beach. Nice little area outside your door to relax and have your morning coffee. The room has everything you need including beach chairs and beach towels. I will definitely come back. Staff very nice.

Great location for the beach and amenities near by. Older but they provide you with boogie boards and bikes for free. Been to this place a couple times and definitely will be back

Keny at the front desk is exceptional, and the rest of the staff is equally impressive.

Stayed for a short weekend and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. We were expected to have a late check in due to flight arrival and everything was set up very easily with a lock box. Location was the best part! Such easy access to the boardwalk, beach, and lots of bars/restaurants.

Not bad. It’s a bed and four walls. Nothing stood out. There is a cat who lives in the office. His name is Maurice. He’s an old fella and he likes booty taps.

I stayed here for 5 days over the holiday weekend. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was outstanding! You walk across the street and you're right there on the boardwalk. I specifically choose this place so I could be walking distance to the beach and restaurants and it did not disappoint! My room was perfect for just me and came with a mini kitchen - full sized fridge with 3 trays full of ice cubs in the freezer, a microwave, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. They provided you with beach towels and chairs to take to the beach! As a female solo traveler with my first time in Hollywood, I felt really safe at this hotel and the surrounding area. The only issue I had was their wifi. Their wifi consistently disconnected me from the network. I don't know if it was because my room was too far away from their modem or what, but it would connect me and then say "connected without internet". So I ended up using all of my internet data on my phone because of that. I did say something about it the last day I was there. So if you are someone who heavily relies on wifi, I would get a back up add on data plan just in case. I have never had any issues with my phone and public wifi until this place. I rated this hotel 4 stars because of that. Was a bit noisy between hotel guests, their friends and drivers over the weekend but that's to be expected with it being a holiday weekend. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was awesome! The rooms are dated but everything you need. Friendly staff and fpund parling close. Best time ever!

This is a hidden gem. It’s quaint, quiet and clean. If you plan in being out all day then this is a place to stay. Very reasonably priced and close to everything.

The hotel is old and dilapidated. I had trouble with my toilet and it was still never fixed the whole time I was there. The front desk people are not friendly. Stay somewhere else this place is gross!

First recommendation send directions or a map to the last two blocks to get to your property. It was very confusing having one way streets on both the north and south of the property we could not get the car to the property. We had to walk after we parked second recommendation fix the Internet. The Wi-Fi was absolutely horrible. I could not get one of six devices Onto the Internet extraordinarily frustrating. Other than that location was nice very clean and people were very friendly.

This property is in the perfect location. There are a lot of local attractions nearby. The beach is walking distance, with many bars and dining options. Close to Margaritaville so you can see the local entertainment. The room was basic. Bathroom is small but everything was very clean. No complains. Check in and check out was very easy. They provide beach towels and there are lawn chairs in the rooms you can use at the beach.
