We stayed here for 10 nights. The staff were very helpful and always were on hand to help with any questions. The hotel is clean and the rooms have pretty much everything you need. Parking was always available and there are basic breakfast grab and go options. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the place was fine, customer service the worst, seating in the back, when i try to pay with cash i was told no cash card only the staff helping me was not rude but not nice either, I suggest that your website should mention no cash card only before we do the reservation so we know before hand because there is some people that dont have card to pay

Love that it was nice and clean, also super spacious and exactly what we needed. If you're looking for comfort, this is it but if you want an over the top hotel, it probably isn't for you.

Do not stay here! It’s bad, like very bad. Graffiti all over the wall in the elevator. Different type of clientele if you know what I mean. Not a family friendly space. Beds are so cheap You’d probably feel better sleeping on the floor. Just stay away do not come here save your money and go elsewhere.

False advertising all the way around. They said fully stocked kitchenette. You had to ask for everything: dishes, silverware, coffemaker, coffee. We did not need pots or pans, but the staff member said he could only give me dishes if he had them. The staff gave us a dish rack with the minimal dishes, but no dish soap. When asked about the free breakfast offered, the staff said they didn't offer it. Another patron in the lobby told me they did have oatmeal packs (only 1 flavor) and a packaged muffin on the table in the lobby in the morning. The room had 4 lamps. 3 of the 4 had no bulbs or didn't work. Only 2 of each bath, hand, wash cloth towels. When we were leaving with a full bellhop luggage cart and no way to open the doors (no accessibilty door opener - my husband is in a wheelchair. The staff never came around the counter to offer helping with the door. A patron saw us and helped. We travel a lot and have never had such a disappointing stay. Needless to say, we will never stay at an Extended Stay America again.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was placed in a room with a bench seat in the shower stall. I am getting around with a cane, and the staff noticed. I was able to wash my feet comfortably.

Property was what I assumed it would be. Great value. The staff was super helpful and very courteous, from check in to other questions I had, they were always super helpful. Thank you.

Expedia describes included services as included breakfast. A coffee station doesn’t count as breakfast! The entire hotel smelled bad and there was no necessities like a lot of hotels have. No ice machine, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner in rooms. The microwave was broken in our room and no soap to wash dishes.

Everything was fine with the stay except for I needed to check in late. My wife called the hotel to let them know. They said that reservations automatically get canceled at midnight. I ended up arriving after mi night like I told them. They had to figure a way to che k me in. The staff was nice about it, but after driving 8 hours and then having to deal with this was not great a great experience. I would recommend people not stay here, if you have to arrive late.

Generally speaking everything is average at this place except the WiFi speeds which are below pathetic. You could get faster connections back in the late 90’s. Terrible. I measured 380kbps peak download speed, averages of 270kbps.

It was fine for the night I think it might be geared towards people working out of town you can tell the wear and tear but the staff was great and for the price it was about right

Average hotel. Web site said breakfast- just coffee, oatmeal and snack bars. One small trash can in bathroom and no others with 2 bars of soap and that’s all. The staff was very helpful.

Staff was phenomenal!

The bathroom was filthy and the kitchen had hair all over the counter. The bath tub has what looked like buggers and poop on the handles. Bathroom was not cleaned and inspected. Very disappointed. The room was# 211 on Tuesday night March 5th. I would like to see reimbursement because I had to purchase cleaning supplies in order to take a shower.

Staff was extremely helpful and always had a smile.

Last minute stay it was good, clean and comfortable only problem the water pipes made a very loud noise when the top floor was showering or using restroom.

No ice available-only make your own with trays Advertised free breakfast- only coffee,muffins,granola bars and instant oatmeal. Room only had 2 plastic cups - very bare Sad pillows!
