I thought I paid for double as shown when I select the room I wants and it turns out to be a single bed. I’m very disappointed about not enough details shown before making payment. It was not showing single bed request after. Which I didn’t notice after payment. I got to see this at the hotel. I’m very disappointed with details not adequate enough on Expedia website. Thank you.

worked like clockwork, all the staff I met were really friendly - from the guy in the car park that helped me back out onto the road to the people on the front desk who printed a paper for me that I had lost, to the staff serving breakfast. thanks!

This hotel is very comfortable and safe. The procedures in place in trying to fight Covid and keeping everyone safe is very impressive and well appreciated

From arrival at the hotel the staff service was first class. We arrived late in the day and asked about dinner. Again no problem. Staff in the bar and dining room were friendly, efficient and nothing was any trouble.

Stayed here several times over the last few years. Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean, but could maybe do with a refurb soon. Restaurant and bar small but adequate, food good.

I was in room F and I loved the rooftop deck and the big windows and open door. This room was fabulous. Totally recommended it. The staff spoke great English so I I could understand.

A warm welcome, a room with a comfortable bed and good wifi - the basics. The pub/restaurant offered a good selection of dishes and beer. Outsude teh centre of Oldeburg and close to the motorway there was a locla shopping are aand locla pubs where you can chat with the locals

Excellent all round, great breakfast friendly staff, excellent service.
Only problem the Bar was not open on a Sunday night or the resteraunt for food.

The room was very clean and cozy. We had great breakfast every morning provided by the hotel, which contained various hams, cheese, bread, egg omlett, salmon, cereal flake, pies, beverages and etc. There are big glocerystore stores nearby. Also, bus stops are close to the hotel allowing you to visit the center of the city in 20 mins. In addition, a bar at the lobby opens until 24:00 where you can enjoys beer or cocktail.

I think that the restaurant and bar should be open on Sunday evenings, the hotel should provide a full service for its guests and they should not have to leave the premises and go to find a restaurant for their dining requirements. The free wi fi at this hotel is of a poor standard.

Excellent place to stay in Oldenburg if you are on a business trip or on vacation. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. The restaurant/bar has a quite and relaxing atmosphere, the quality of meals and drinks is excellent as well. At breakfast, you can experience an extraordinary selection, from cheese to salmon, from Knäckebrot to scrambled eggs.
The only - but minor - drawback is the poor connection to public transport system of Oldenburg.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of parking. The internet worked well. I would stay again.

It is a nice hotel to make a stop over when travelling. It was nice and peaceful at night. I would have loved to have used the pool, but forgot the costume. Parking was good and free. Breakfast nice. We had dinner in the garden which was ok. All in all a success.

Toom did not have AC; which would have been OK if we had known in advance. Other than that, the people were very nice (however a little challenged with English), good breakfast and plenty of free parking. The wireless connection seemed to be challenging at times.
