The staff at front desk were great. Bed was way too hard, it was like a brick. Breakfast was ok, asked for more cream for coffee at 950am and was told no, breakfast ended at 10am.

A bit difficult to find on the windy road, but gps will get you there! Check-in was very nice and they were able to accommodate our couple hours' early arrival. Satellite TV was down Thursday, but fixed the next day. Discount offered (no time to watch tv anyhow). The parking lot was REALLY full Friday (because of buses' and semis' poor parking), but we DID find a place. All three days had a different warm breakfast selection to avoid boredom, plus the new refrigerators with real freezer were so helpful with drinks and restaurant left-overs storage.

Very nice hotel, great location. Staff was very helpful and professional. The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi which was absolutely awful. Would stay there again.

It is a clean place, in a quiet area. Plenty of parking available.. Good, hot and healthy breakfast.
Mainly, there are no places to eat or no groceries stores around to get some water.
Hotel makes it a point not to give water and even if you ask, they will give you one very small bottle.
If you are arriving late night to check-in, you WILL be in trouble.

It was excellent. The customer service was on point.

Location was close to restaurants and shopping areas. Staff was courteous but had poor communication between themselves. I’m not sure if it was lack of training but they made a mistake with our room reservation. Instead of keeping us in the same room for 2 nights (as confirmed by the front desk when I called prior to my arrival), we were made to switch rooms at 11 am the following day. It was so annoying and inconvenient. Otherwise, our stay was good and the facility was clean.

Left something to be desired but it was fine. The room had a strong musty smell as soon as we walked in that either got better with time or I just got used to it. The hotel shows it’s age. When I was leaving I noticed a small pile of dead bugs in the corner which was concerning! But overall I’d just call it “fine”. In MY OPINION there’s not much around except the Amtrak station and it’s certainly not walkable. If heaven forbid you have to go to New Jersey for some reason this is an okay place to stay.

This Holiday Inn Express was really good. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. They offer free breakfast which was great! We chose this hotel because it was easy to get to nearby NJ Transit stations to go to NYC.
Highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

The pool area is dirty and unstocked. The pool tiles are filthy and moldy. The bathroom ceiling was moldy. The evening and night desk clerks are not nice. The day clerk is awesome, helpful and very accommodating. Definite asset to the company! The breakfast was great and the area clean. Beds very comfy!

The pool was not in service and the toilet wasn’t working we have to change room. It’s took and hour because the system was down.

There was no available 2 queen beds in the property when we checked in. We were moved to residence inn nearby but was given a king bed and sofa bed as they don't have 2 queen beds either. We were told by the manager on duty that we don't have to pay any extra fees for the transfer but my credit card was charged $536.44 . I informed both the front desk and their manager and was told that they are going to fix it and asked my email too. I hope they don't double charge me for this inconvenience.

The TV was not working fot the first day snd a half. They were changing satellite companies so no TV's were working in the entire hotel. The manager said we would be compensated but I would have to go through Hotels.com for it since I booked through them. I called Hotels.com but have not received any compensation. The hotel is dated especially the lobby. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The lady working in the breakfast area was grouchy and could benefit from some customer service training.
