Aside from very noisy neighbors that we had to report to the front desk, the stay was wonderful. The staff took care of the noise complaint right away.

Good stay, very comfortable rooms, and the breakfast was well maintained and had a wide variety of options, including gluten-free muffins.
The only concern I had with the hotel is the hotel is technically smoke free but for those who want to smoke, they simply have to sit on a bench next to the front door so everyone entering the hotel has to walk past the collection of guys drinking beer, smoking cigarettes, and the cloud of smoke they create. It would be nice if the hotel moved the smoking area away from right next to the front door.

Room isn't soundproofed so we could hear cars driving by or in parking lot near by.
The check-in was quick, but the receptionist could have been friendlier - or smile more.
Breakfast was available for free: omelets, sausage, waffles, fruits etc.

I have stayed here many times last time we spent four nights because of my mothers surgery at UK extremely close drive to the hospital tons of places to eat with getting in your car to drive hotel was extremely clean and staff is absolutely amazing only complaint was the internet was always weak but other than that it’s perfect !!!

Had no issues with the condition of the room and the breakfast was one of the best Ive had while staying at a hotel. I do have issues with being billed 3 times on my bank card for a 1 night stay and as of today having 2 of those charges "pending" for 6 days now. Good hotel but check your banking information after you leave for hidden "pending charges" your told nothing about.

I dropped something in the floor went down to pick it up, the hand that touched the floor was black as if there was soot on the ground. Incredibly dirty

Finished were consistent with other Holidsy Inn Properties. Those with sensitive noses or lung sensitivity wouldn’t bode well here. Just smells like wet animal. Maybe the carpets were freshly cleaned- but very humid and smell of wet animal was consistent. The door doesn’t open well. I had to shove it open with my shoulder to get it open. The shower/ tub stopper doesn’t work. It’s on for 1/2 shower and 1/2 tub option which is low pressure. It was an easy location and easy price point, so that was appreciated.

The property overall was nice and clean, nice breakfast bar and close to the areas I needed to be near, but it was down near the UK Campus and Hospital, so traffic was terrible in that area. The guest room I stayed in was listed as a suite, but it was really an Executive room at best and had low water pressure in the bathroom sink.

Room was clean, smelled great when we entered the room. Staff was all friendly. Teens loved the indoor pool.

The hotel was ok but the air conditioner was either too cold or it was too hot. The bathroom had no fan or ventilation at all which having a disability where i have a colonosopy bag is not good. My allergies were really bad as well. The service was great though.

There were blood spots on the floor and ceiling. Also our tv and alarm clock didn’t work. Reported to staff but was told there was nothing they could do.

Staff was friendly, but it was like going back in time 20 years. The carpets had major stains not just in the rooms, but in the halls, etc. the bathrooms hadn't been CLEANED IN it's hard to tell how long. I wouldn't go back again.

Really enjoyed everything there - after staying at a different hotel with beds that were way to high and other aggravating things, this was a very enjoyable stay. Only suggestion, put in taller toilets. Other than that minor thing, our stay was great.

The breakfast workers either weren’t very good or they need more help keeping up with the food. We stayed 2 nights and they struggled to keep food out for guests.

While in town to visit a relative in the hospital, we found that this hotel was convenient to the vicinity of the hospital. It was very clean, quiet, and the room was spacious. The staff was all very courteous and pleasant.

.the faucet for the tube stuck wide open with the hot water would not turn off. Called the front desk and reported problem and they immediately called in the maintenance man. He was there in a short time but wasn’t able to repair the problem without having to go buy parts. They were very prompt with the response but I was able to get a shower they offered another room but it was to late we had leave.
