The room smelled like body odor and neither the hotel property details nor did any signs indicate the free breakfast closed at 9:30. We slept in and went down for breakfast at 9:35 and it was all cleaned up and put away, so we had to go drive somewhere and pay for breakfast that we essentially paid for but weren’t able to get.

Our stay was nice except for the group of kids running up snd down the hallway, knocking on doors and yelling. Also the noise from their room and the room over head had people running and jumping during the evening. There werent any towels in the pool area and then when some boight in they are so small, most people were taking 2 or 3 to get dried off before leaving the pool.
Otherwise we do enjoy staying there as it is clean and comfortable.

Very pleasant stay, nice pool and hot tub even though no one could figure out how to restart the jets in the hot tub. Room was clean and modern (except for a couple dead flies on the window sill). Breakfast buffet was generous and well serviced. Queen beds were moderately firm with several fluffy pillows.

Found a needle on the bathroom in the first room & then when we got upgraded to the family suite, it was full of spiders.

The rooms are large and clean and comfy. Good water pressure in the shower and quiet over all. Breakfast provided in a clean, open dining area.

The room was nice. It seemed clean, was spacious and allowed us more than enough room for us, our toddler, and the baby in the pack 'n play. The bathroom was clean, the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. The furniture in the room was also quite comfortable.
The elevators are at either end of the floor so that wasn't super convenient. Not a deal breaker though. For literally just sleeping overnight, it was worth the price.

Nice, clean and convenient location. One family with (screaming) kids made a lot of noise in the halls and outside until about 10pm. Not the hotel's fault.

This property ised to be lovely...unfortunately it has gone downhill greatly. The rooms were not clean and the hallways needed a good vacume. The staff did their best to accomodate by giving me a new room, but without major improvements i will not stay here again.

Great night shift customer service and reception! Tamara was helpful and friendly! Facilities were nice, but the in room sofa smelled musty and nasty and day shift didn't even apologize when being informed at check out. Had to sleep on every spare blanket/sheet they had to tolerate the smell.

The room was amazing! The pool was very nice. The staff were very helpful. My husband was disappointed with the breakfast “buffet” however. It was not what we expected.

Never judge a book by its cover. The inside was so beautiful. The staff was friendly. The pool area was amazing. The complementary breakfast was delicious. This will be my go to hotel when I’m in town.

Overall excellent quality mother is handicapped so her comport is very important when choosing a place to stay she was happy so I was happy.

nice environment inside and outside, our room was nice and clean and parking area was decent as well, the staff were very pleasant

Bathrooms weren't very clean. Outdated gym equipment. It was broken and rusted. Dining room host for breakfast was rude and yelling at children when they asked a question anout about pancake maker not fully functioning. These children were 8 and under. They weren't rude to her but she felt the need to raise her voice at these children and their parents after they intervened. Very unprofessional hotel staff.

We like to come to Burlington once or twice a year to visit family. we have always stayed down the road. After staying at this comfort inn, we will no longer stay anywhere else. The hotel was wonderful. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good, and lots of options for our kids. The hotel was quiet, and the check in staff was very friendly. Thanks!!

Stayed here for a couple nights while visiting Nauvoo. Room was exactly what our family needed. Staff was very friendly.
