It was not the greatest spot to stay in. The hotel smelled liked fish. Church bartering. Does not bother us but when you want to rest it’s not pleasant .

The hotel is surrounded with car dealerships and wasn't aware of transportation in the area. The breakfast was good, the staff was great but the room was average. There was lots of available parking and the service was wonderful.

While I like the place and having stayed 2 times.
A re-occurring trend I have experienced, is the inadequate restaraunt service.
While staff are friendly, young and inexperienced.
Trying to get an order in and catch their attention is challenging at best.
It is not a shortage of staff, rather lacking in direction and customer service training.
I was not alone in this, watching others equally trying to get their attention aswell.
The restaurant both times was 20% full.
Food is good.
Place is overall good for work visits.
But the restaurant service needs improvement, this would make it an enjoyable stay.

The staff in the lobby were absolutely amazing. They were accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean. Hotel is within a few minutes of the city center.

Much nicer on the inside compared to the look of the outside. Had to explain what a white wine spritzer was but food was good. Staff didnt always understand what we were saying. On an industrial site which we weren't aware of when booked.

Hotel is extremely noisy. Didn’t get any sleep on both nights. Manager unable to deal with drunk Gaelic team parents in reception. Meanwhile, children running up and down corridor banging on other guests doors. I thought it was illegal for children to be in the bar at 2am in Ireland. Complained on several occasions but nothing done nor apology offered until
I complained with other guests. Soft close needs to be placed on doors. No air conditioning in rooms either. Will not be back. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The room was clean. The radiator was on and set to 20. Room was rather warm, it was 18 outside, so got a bit of a breeze when I opened the window. It has a timer to go off at 8pm and back on 8am. You cannot control the temp of it either. Took a few hours to cool down with the window, but by 11pm it was fine again. Overall it was ok for a night.

Amazing service from check in to check out. Friendly staff and happy to help. We ate in the restaurant and bar and again 5* service. Very clean and comfortable room.

nice. Our room was noisy. The first night we could hear people talking in the adjacent room in the early morning even though they were talking normally. The second night the noise primarily came from the restaurant below our room. They had an event and music playing until 11.

Great location with lots of parking. Property is a bit dated but seems to be slowly making improvements, new heaters. Rooms were very very warm. Thermostats could not be adjusted, even opening the small window did not cool down the room. Nice to have a small refigerator in the room.

Clean and tidy with friendly staff, good free parking and a decent sized room, however the overall impression is one of a once premium hotel, now trying to make the best of the slightly fading facilities, in need of some spit and polish along with some light refurbishment in places and perhaps a little light on resources at busy times

Property was on the edge of Waterford but the drive to city center was easy. The room was large and bright with a great king size bed. A bit of noise from a large group in the lobby till late in the evening filtered down to our room. Suggest hallway doors be closed for more quiet. Otherwise a very good stay.
