Great hotel

Hotel was amazing, clean, staff are excellent, food was great. 20 minutes walk to night life and beach. 6 euros in taxi.

Very good,as always ,stayed here many times over the past ten years and never disappoints,quiet location.on the upside you no longer have to pay for a key for the in room safe👍 Only downside was our patio door would not lock reported to reception on first day and was told someone would come and look / fix it but no one did ☹️

Not what I would calla 4 star hotel. No hairdryers other extras in the room. Room was clean and spacious. We had to request a harrier which was supplied to our room. Certainly an excellent choice of food for breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was just average.

Very nice hotel close to Benidorm Palace

Visiting Benidorm Palace - great location for that and a short taxi ride or 40 mins walk to Old Town. Hotel has great facilities and will definitely stay again

Stayed here as we had booked to go to Benidorm Palace to see the show Aqua, check in was easy, parked the car underground. The room was spotless with a nice balcony, bathroom was huge and clean, the swimming pools looked fab although we didn’t have time to use them or the Spa, would definitely recommend and book to stay again.

Upon arrival, very impressed with this hotel. Very large and plenty of lifts to accommodate access to all floors, in all blocks. Good size bar and lounge area. Biggest disappointment was how uncomfortable the beds were! We had noticed extra touches which gave the hotel a sign of good quality, but felt this quality was let down by the beds which had the springs showing and felt like trying to sleep on a slab of concrete. We stayed in room 3118 which I hope will be of use to the management to check it out.

We were very pleased with how close the hotel was to Benidorm Place, just a short walk. A very comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast.

Convenient for Benidorm Palace . Trip for friends for special show.

Can't fault this hotel it had lovely food .snacks and bar available all day ..fab spa .the pools were amazing .not over crowded plenty for the kids and plenty sun beds .all in all a somply fantastic place ....

The hotel was lovely, the rooms were really nice and clean, it was close to the beach but far enough away that it was peaceful. The only downside was the food, particularly for vegetarians. I would give the hotel 9/10 but the food 3/10.

Clean rooms and bathroom clean and modern public areas and pool clean restaurant Lots of space and sunbeds around the pool and towel service Restaurant was basic,very white and clinical no soft furnishings so the room looked bare it echoed and although it was not full when we went it was really loud. Paper napkins at the table. Breakfast was slightly better than average..it did have a small choice of fresh fruit, hot food and omelettes were fresh to order Staff did there job but with minimum eye contact or communication..it felt like we were on a conveyor belt ..they just wanted us in and out as quickly as possible.they were unwelcoming and cold just like the room There was a pool bar and cafe.Food and choice was really poor for a 4 star hotel basic pizza,and the usual toasties no salad options or even side salad We didnt mind having plastic drinking glasses around the pool but would expect a proper glass for beer or wine in the pool cafe..it was clearly for convenience not safety because they let glass bottle beers be drunk around the pool or cafe Safe in room could be hired at a small cost This hotel was ok but definitely not 4 star The restaurant, the cafe,staff communication and friendliness let it down Would not return

great modern hotel every thing you need staff were nice pleasant reception staff very helpfull food needs to be sorted always cold and not much choice on salad bar and deserts staff were always there on hand

This hotel is pretty inside and out all green foliage making it have a pleasant look and feel. It is a bit of a walk into the main new town but that said we walked all the way to the old town and back. Has a very modern cool feel. Stayed many hotels in Benidorm this has to be in my top 3.

Nice pool, food good and excellent staff. Twenty minute walk from the centre. Quiet at night.

AFTER ONE HELL OF A JOURNEY TURNED UP AT THE HOTEL TO BE TOLD WE HAD NOT BOOKED A ROOM, THIS IS 2.30 IN THE MORNING.TALK ABOUT THINGS COMING IN 3S.THE PORTER HAD A SPARE ROOM HAD TO PAY TOP PRICE 4 IT BUT BY THAT TIME NEEDED OUR BED.MANY THANKS 2 THE PORTER.

Great place for the family and kids to relax and have fun

The hotel itself is very nice, a bit too far out from the main area though. Very rude staff in the restaurant, so because of this I would not return here or recommend it to others.

Firstly checking just one signature five minutes .rooms nice size as is bathroom good shower . Pool area excellent plenty of sun beds & loads of Room to move them . Restaurant just ok food have had better . Major down side location of hotel half hour walk to strip &beach
