The condition of the room wasn't good for how well it was rated.

It was fine. We booked & stayed one night. The building is old, smells a bit, floor creaks, not renovated recently. If I had paid half, then I would have been thrilled. As is, it was ok, but I would stay elsewhere when I return to that area.

Regardless the funky smell in the room and wallpaper breaks out because of the humidity, we were served well. And the parking lot is big which we liked.

My room was ready when I arrived and was clean and suitable for my needs. Only stayed one night, but everything was good. I had a quick breakfast in the morning and was on my way. No complaints at all.

The hotel did not seem to be clean or have a lot of updated items such as showers and sinks etc. The bed mattress was very unsatisfactory, please update the hotel.

Dirty, smelly, dead roach in the refrigerator. Septic system smell on the first floor. Crummy breakfast.

We arrived and were placed in a room down a hallway that had a very strong odor present. They when we tried to turn the lights on in the bathroom they did not work, and the fan was extremely noisy. We were then moved to another room and found there was no towels in the bathroom. By this time, it was late and all we wanted was to try and get some sleep after a long day of travel. All in all not a great experience.

Many things are taped off as out of order ( rest rooms on floor 2) treadmill not working. Coffee should be ready earlier than 630

This hotel was chosen because it allowed pets and appeared to have good reviews online. We booked two rooms for our party of five - all adults. Strong odors within both rooms and windows could not be opened to air them out. Black mold on the bathroom ceilings, stains on room chairs, and mascara or other black stains were found in the morning on my bed sheets. Room cleanliness was highly questionable. Only one of us felt comfortable enough to take a shower and we all left before morning breakfast. Precheck -in stated they did not allow cats and there was a $250 fine for bringing a pet. Called the front desk and was told they didn't allow pets. Called Expedia and they called the hotel and the hotel stated they do allow pets. I did not sign or complete the online pre-check-in. The person I dealt with had a strong accent and it was difficult to explain to them the issue with precheck-in. Positives: The hotel was quiet, accepted pets for a $20 fee, and was directly off the highway. No key card locks on the back or side doors. One side door was propped open with a rock and first floor lobby bathrooms were out of order. I would not stay here again.

Way outdated. Quite rundown. Lobby was nice

The Front Desk staff was lacking. We reserved a room with a king size bed, months in advance, and when we arrived, we were told were none available. The room had a bad smell. The milk at the complimentary breakfast was curdled The Front Desk Clerk appeared for check out on the wrong side of the counter. I was told he was locked out of the front desk room, and he had to jump over the counter to help with the check out.

This was our fifth time staying here - it was clean, and convenient!

Older facility but comfortable bed

Great position for the hotel between two historic battlefields. Situated far enough from the congestion of Winchester but close enough for easy drive to multiple attractions. Clean facilities and plenty of room within the rooms, at least for two people staying overnight. But if there be noisy guests next door, the walls will do nothing to muffle them.

Run down and decaying. Was hoping for much better but it was Motel 6 bad

Nice hotel,clean,good breakfast, nice staff! It is a older property and does need upgraded. A good stay tho! I would stay there again!

It was affordable and clean and staff were nice. Hotel is out dated and breakfast was nothing to rave about. Got a good night sleep.

Sai, the gentleman working the front desk, was very polite and helpful. When I got to the room the TV was not working. Sai came to the room and quickly got the TV working.

Our stay was comfortable and friendly. The staff so helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our handicaps.

Hrard to find the entrance.

This place is gross. Smells when you walk in the front door. The room smelled horrible. There was mold on the wallpaper, broken light outlet in the bathroom and stains all over the carpet. We checked in late night and the room was non-refundable so we had to stay. Was so gross I didn’t even shower.

Clean alittle out dated but good place for the money.

Nice and professional staff. Old hotel with many things closed or under repair. Cable not great and bathtub old/stained and with only luke warm water. No hand soap to be found.

The room smells bad and the floor is dirty.
