As usual, amazing experience. Sweden from front desk was extremely courteous and an amazing staff. He's really an asset.

The hotel was clean and quiet. We purchased the breakfast for the next morning. The breakfast was cold. The hotel needs to figure out a way to keep breakfast warn. Cold pancakes and eggs dont cut it.

Honestly the best Holiday Inn that I’ve stayed in, in regards to service and level of attention. The location was clean, staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Upon arrival the kids were greeted with a kids activity packet. The onsite restaurant was top tier and unique to London specific offerings. The location was very close to be the bus line which will get you to the Underground in ~10 short minutes. There are local eateries and a grocery store within walking distance. While the image of the waterfront appears attractive the waterfront was mossy during this visits. However, this was not a deal breaker for us. If I travel to London again I would be a repeat guest.

Amazing canal-side location, conveniently close to shops, public transport (need to ride a bus for about 15-20 mins) to get to the closest tube station, though, and excellent ambiance inside. The reception was great, service was above and beyond expectations (Isaac was great!), and happily accepted a complimentary late checkout of an addition two and a half hours. Can’t fault this hotel much, if at all.

There was a bad food smell on my floor for the entire 6 days stay. I dont think it is worth the price per night. I saw better hotels in better areas for cheaper rates

I spent 9 nights. I had an excellent experience in general. Breakfast was great. My room was spacious and had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was also good.

It is very good to see the grand union canal from the lift. The carpet on the 3rd floor corridor is garish and looks tired, could be changed.

In order to stay away from London as a-crowded city Holliday inn Brentford is a good choice

Very good hotel and it is close to the airport. We booked one night last Saturday and travel from Stoke. Friendly staff, with a useful trolley. We will back next time when we are in London.

Great staff

The place is beautiful but I had an issue with one of the staff he was giving me a hard time about EVERYTHING. Claiming he couldn’t find my payment for dinner couldn’t check us in early when I saw him do it for another couple. I went to another lady when he stepped away and she checked us in early with no problem at all. Also if the tube is your main transportation you will have a difficult time finding a station nearby we had to catch the bus 9 stops before getting there.

Liked that it had A/C, and there were plenty of pubs around. There was a night bus close and the rail stations were walkable distance.
