Very nice hotel, friendly staff.

Excellent Hotel. Check-in very welcoming. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast was a delight, hot and cold available. Hotel located next to Railway station with town centre restaurants, shopping very close at hand.

Excellent Hotel. Check-in very welcoming. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast was a delight, hot and cold available. Garage not good for large vehicles. Very tight. Hotel located next to Railway station with town centre restaurants, shopping very close at hand.

Hotel was clean and well located , breakfast was good. Staffs are welcoming except the management was untrained for customer service .
Room was not sound prove , can here all night people walking upstairs.
I asked for a room exchange , the manager just responded “ this is not possible .🙅 “ one sentence customer service . Once I notice she was the manager of the hotel , then I was hopeless .

The hotel is ideally located very near the train station and a short walk to Chartres cathedral. It was easy to get to restaurants and shopping. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The room was small. It lacked a practical work area. My cleaning was left the first day. The second day they took it and I didn’t get it back until a week later and was charged 127.50 euros. I had to wear the same shirt all week.

Great location near railway station, but the hotel needs an upgrade. Room was cramped. The shower smelt of drains. Breakfast was varied but of poor quality. Overall a disappointing experience.

It says parking available but in fact its a long walk to public parking that cost 22€50 from 5pm till 12 midday. As a disabled person it was horrendous 😕

Grand hotel the decor inside is art deco. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great, best coffee of our trip so far. The wetroom doesn't really work. There was water everywhere after shower. But that was the only negative.

Beautiful room with Art Deco features, comfortable bed, perfectly functional bathroom with Art Deco mirror, black out curtains - no problem with noise even with the train station across the way. Very pleasant staff and nice lobby/bar. A short walk to the cathedral.

Location was as good as it gets. Lovely lobby bar, exceptional staff throughout the property. Friendly and accommodating 24/7. The breakfast needs some help. The eggs are overcooked and cold, bacon is raw (seriously undercooked) and we could not figure out how to use the egg poacher. Otherwise, the breakfast buffet was great.

This is a wonderful hotel. We were greeted warmly at check in, offered a cool soft drink, and made to feel welcomed. This experience continued throughout our stay, with the staff making a point of greeting us and responding to questions. The breakfasts were memorable and delicious, and the cozy bar and lounge were great places to relax during the afternoon. Our room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The bed was a pleasure to sleep in. Chartes Cathedral is within walking distance, as are shopping and dining areas. We spent four nights there and the hospitality of the staff stands out. This is what you hope for in a French hotel in a smaller city. Highly recommended, we would stay there again. DavidG

This is an excellent place to stay while visiting Chartres. The rooms are comfortable, and most of the city's attractions are within walking distance. What sets it apart, however, are the wonderful staff.

Delightful hotel with friendly staff, pleasant lobby, very nice breakfast, and comfortable rooms. The only criticism is that there are no hooks or bars in the bathroom to put your towels on, and no shelf to put your toiletries.
