everything was good just had problems with the outlets. Had a hard time keeping plugs to charge my cell phone and hair curler. Everything was good.

Room was huge and very clean. Person checking us in wasnt terribly welcoming or friendly. Mattress was so firm i had real trouble sleeping both nights. Everything on breakfast was pre made, not the greatest except the waffles. The hakf and half for coffee ran out and i called the front desk. It took 15 minutes to come open a door in the dining area and get more. We were done breakfast at that point.

When we got to our room it had alot of gnats. Killed about a dozen but room was very nice and comfortable. Had a good breakfast including eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels and fruit. The front desk person could spoke very little or no english. He did not understand and unable to answer any questions. Beautiful grounds

Very nice all around

It was really great, the room was good , comfy bed , great breakfast. There was a heated pool outside and property was well maintained. The price was so good that I was sure I was missing something. We had a really great visit!! I will be back!!

People that run this place are very unfriendly. Room stated thatba washer and dryer was in unit when I booked and was not the case. Very misrepresented.

The outside was well maintained. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. The loxation was quiet and very close to the shops. The room was nice but the pillows and beds were hard. The first night when i went to the bathroom i slid off the toilet as the seat was not attached. Also, when taking a shower i noticed a fair amount of mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The next day i informed them about the toilet seat but it was not fixed when we came back. The next day it was fixed but it cme loose again pretty quickley. We advised them upon check out. So if booking dont get room 118.

Checking in was easy, took about 2 minutes. The breakfast was good.

The property was very nice and quiet, we didn't even hear the peoplein the room next door. The room was pretty clean. I did have to take one pillow off the bed because it looked to have something on it, and there was hair in the shower. And when we asked for more towels because we used them at the pool the front desk told us we already had enough breaks was good. The dinning room was clean, there was someone cleaning and refilling the food. I would stay again.

Clean and comfortable

Stayed in the room with a hot tub. Used it everyday. The front desk person did ask to limit times to ten minutes and don’t use it late at night. Continental breakfast was decent with sausage, eggs and Belgian waffles as the hot food. Everything you’d find at a traditional Continental breakfast. The sign said 730, people were in there before 700. The first day I grabbed coffee at 645 then the following day I did the same. On that second day an employee walked in and was fairly forceful on telling me to get my coffee and go, they open at 700. The door was unlocked and I didn’t see the problem. The lights right outside our windows were pretty blinding even with the blackout curtains. Parking was convenient along with the placement of the pool with our room. Overall a terrific stay.

The room reeked of chlorine (from the hot tub). The tub also was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

Beautifully landscaped and great outdoor heated pool. The staff bent over backwards to make our check in and stay enjoyable from start to finish. Will definitely return.

The stay was great the weather was beautiful enjoyed the pool and in room hot tub that was relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating with breakfast in the morning was well worth the price. We liked the fact that we're out of the north conway traffic zone yet close enough to everything. Thank you Swiss Chalet.

It was a pretty decent stay. I believe they should have More choices for breakfast options.Otherwise pretty cool stay.

Pool was nice. Area was quiet. Rooms need updating and could have been cleaned better; had a ton of dust, old hair in shower, etc.

Great place to stay for our budget. Close to hiking trails, food, and shopping. Kids enjoyed pool after long day hiking. Breakfast on site makes starting day easy. Daily maid service to make up and freshen room. Cute and charming. I would stay again.
