The stay was okay I purchased 2 rooms n only got 1 due to renovations.

We had trouble checking in. I had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and one of those rooms for 3 nights. There was confusion from the desk and they ended up comping us for one of the rooms. I have never had any issues before but they were gracious and did take care of the matter. It was resolved

Just here to stay on my way to Dallas. Room was good enough for my overnight needs. Things just looked a bit dated, but everything was good and i would recommend staying here if you need a hotel for the night. Breakfast was great and service was very good.

I would have rather an excellent experience if it weren’t for the phone. It working in my room which ignited the “what if’s”. Otherwise I was pleased with the service. Ease of checkin and and complimentary breakfast selections.

Had a one night stay in Corsicana to visit some family and stayed at this hotel. Overall the hotel was clean. Has some maintenance things needed to be attended to…the lights around bathroom mirror were out. Also, a dirty/stained bed skirt was seen when almost ready to check out. Yuck!

I didn't get my room with king size bed I booked ahead of arriving. The pool was closed.
Breakfast was good. I missed the cinnamon rolls, boo. Everything else was good.

Holiday Inn is my “go-to” stay place in Corsicana. We can always find a clean, spacious room with all the amenities. We love that it is very close to restaurants, shopping boutiques and the movies! Convenient, easy access parking!

Stay was alright but on the first night after visiting with our friends in their room my sister, my 8month old and myself went back to our room. Upon arrival our key would not work. We went down to the lobby to get some assistance with a new key. After ringing the bell several times and also calling out no one came. We finally informed our friend that we may need to stay with them after our friends even attempted to ring the front desk for help. Finally we had to go back behind the desk to the office area where the clerk was asleep and we gently tapped him to awake him so he could get us a new key. He was very apologetic and we weren’t angry wi the him but it was a little concerning thinking of the what ifs of an unmanned lobby where anyone could have come in. Not to mention not having access to our belongings and our rooms with a sleepy and cranky 8 month old.

Won’t be staying here again. One of the two elevators was out with no apparent effort to repair it. Pool area was closed down also again, with no apparent effort to repair (if it was even in need of repair). I was told it had been closed off for more than two weeks. Kudos to the owner for not disclosing it because I would have booked elsewhere if I had known. This way, they were able to high gross me and still didn’t have to provide the amenities as advertised. Breakfast was also a ruse. They had it, but nothing anyone would want. Pancake maker was broken, no eggs, no bacon, etc., etc. there did appear to be some stale biscuits and gravy but couldn’t bring myself to be putting what I saw in my body. On the plus side, the room was clean.

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and "BAMMER" it was closed, we should have stayed with the neighbors across the street at "Hampton Inn & Suites"

The check-in process was quick and easy. I had a requested a ground floor room with a king bed. All that was left was a king bed with Jacuzzi. She upgraded me to that for my original rate. The room was neat and clean, very comfortable. My only issue was the shower door seemed to allow too much water on the floor causing a slipping hazard plus had to use towels to dry it.

I got in around 9:30 pm instead of calling me in advance to tell me the air was out in my room they waited till I unloaded our luggage and went to the front desk which I was then told air was out and we have you a room across the street (at the Hampton) so we loaded everything back up and headed across the street. At the Hampton everyone was nice and the room was nice. Until 11 the next morning they called the room stating we had to get out and go back across the street they had that room rented. Called back stating wait Holiday Inn had given our room away the only room the Hampton had available was a single with King bed…..which I paid for a double for there were 2 of us staying in the room. Hampton was very apologetic and unsure what was going on with Holiday Inn, but I’m very disappointed in the Holiday Inn and their professionalism!!! That weekend was stressful

My stay was for 2 days. My door cards would not work after coming back from a long day outside. Was told they get reset if by electronic devices. Electronic devices are everywhere!!! Not bacon for breakfast either day, although trays were labeled with bacon. No a sausage type person. A/C was completely shut off and my room was hot when I checked in. Took quite some time to cool down. Only had about 5 tissues in the box in my bathroom when I checked in. For the amount of money I spent, seems like service would be better.
