We stayed 1 night on this very comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel was fantastic, great location. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return.

Air conditioning did not work in room

experience Benalmadena. There's both positives and development items. The positives: the cleaning staff really do a spectacular job and work hard - there is not a spot of stain at the hotel and our room was always immaculately clean, so big thanks to that. Pool was also clean. Staff is really friendly and doing their best effort. Location is convenient to explore Benalmadena. Generally the room was nice and comfy. Suggested development items: The restaurant did have many options, but to me it felt a bit "quantity over quality" approach. Food is quite heavy and unfortunately I did not feel the half-board was worth the money and mostly ate elsewhere. Not too many vegetarian options besides some salad. Gym was small and you need to reserve a time to go there. Barbell weights end at 14kg, so you can only do bit of warmup. Would have appreciated maybe bit more weights or some more flexibility to the system since that limited our schedule a bit, only 1 person or room can go at a time which I understand since it's very small. We had our room at 1st floor, and sometimes could hear other guests from the corridor. Even though pool was nice, people do reserve their spots with the towels, which I don't appreciate, so unless you are early or come near closing, no spot for you at the pool. Overall this is a good more affordable hotel so my rating is mostly lowered due to the restaurant not meeting the expectation this time around. Could visit again, but this time without the half-board.

Such a great hotel located perfectly by the promenade and the marina. Within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shopping. Also a 15 min drive to the Malaga designer outlet and 25 mins to Malaga airport. Staff were incredible and so friendly - shout out to Billy our waiter who made us feel so welcome! Pool area was always very clean, never struggled for a sunbed (we went mid July) and service at the pool bar was great. This was my first time here and won’t be my last! Thanks for a great stay!
