The room was fine. One of the bathroom lights were burnt out

The first night dogs were barking all morning just outside our room. Barking started very early in the morning.. On the 2nd night stay an alarm was going off for hours again very early in the morning.

Very clean property and in good shape, courteous staff, and an amazing breakfast! Meats, eggs, cereal, fruit, juices, waffles, coffee, biscuits/gravy, etc!

I can’t say enough good things about this establishment. From check in to the lady at breakfast to the room attendants. Everyone was so exceptionally nice and the place is immaculate! We will definitely stay there again.

Hotel staff was good. Room was a completely different thing. There was a hole the size of a golf ball at the entrance of the room, the bathroom door does not close or lock, and the a/c was leaking the whole time so there was a hige puddle on that side of the room.

Our room was a great size, and the beds were comfortable, but the air was over 80% humidity because the A/C unit dumped the condensation drip into a pan inside the room. Everything felt damp and smelled musty. The hotel is hard to see from the road, but not too bad to get in and out of. Everything was clean, including the dining area. Complementary breakfast was good enough, but not exceptional; we didn’t leave hungry.

The room wasn't clean. There is something on the wall and the curtain has blood or catchup on it.
The rest of the room is fine.

The staff here was excellent and the rooms were very clean. It seemed like this was a choice hotel for contractors working in the area. It has parking for truck and trailers

The rooms are so clean, the staff are all super sweet and we just love this hotel to get away its so peaceful!

Brought the family for the weekend…
Hotel was close to everything.
Beds were comfortable and room had what we needed.
We all slept late so when we went to breakfast it was almost gone and the kitchen lady didn’t want to accommodate any of the hotel guests that were coming in late so that was a bummer but that was the only complaint.
Staff was very nice…
I’d recommend and we’ll stay there again.

Twice during our stay the neighboring room had a door joint our rooms & spent both evenings trying to gain entry to my room. Hotel staff was unhelpful in preventing it or reprimanding the different guests.

My biggest complaint was the hotels failure to make an older man put on clothes or at the very least shorts while walking around the hotel, sitting in the pool/hot tub, or even at breakfast. We were vacationing witb our 2 children under the age of 13 and seeing a grown 60 year old plus man naked in the pool was not acceptable. When brought the issue to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it. Very disappointed a d had I not already paid in advance for our room through expedia I would habe asked for a refund and we would have went elsewhere.

AC was leaking water and they just put a bucket under it. Room was old and outdated. Beds and pillows were a little below average

Staff was very helpful and the included breakfast was delicious.

It was pleasant. The shower took a very very long time to heat up every time one of us used it. Also the blackout curtain was messed up on one side and did not over the window.

The bath tub had black mold in it .
I was put in a handicapped room and the tub has a ledge instead of a strait wall so the cleaning people may not be aware there is a lot of mold.

After my son's wedding, I arrived at the hotel after midnight to find a filthy room. There was trash and liquor bottles left and a unmade dirty bed. The night desk person changed the sheets but didn't clean the room. The fan was also broken and making loud roaring noises so it couldn't be used and the room was hot. Instead of comping the filthy room, they offered me 50%

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our children have hit an age where we cannot stay in one room as a family, so we had to have two rooms. Upon check-in, the manager made sure we had rooms next to each other, which put us at ease. The rooms were as clean as you can expect a hotel room to be. Breakfast was good, but the lady working in the breakfast room was so nice and welcoming. This hotel was convenient to my brother's house, so we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Only issue close to a complaint is the breakfast, though pretty good, it was the same selections of food every day. A little variety would have allowed it to be exceptional. Maybe alternate bacon or other protein alternative for the sausage links?

Room was REALLY handicapped accessible with roll in shower. Other HC rooms don’t allow bathing if you are in a wheelchair.

The duvet had stains on it. The walls in the room and restrooms had dirt and other things on the wall. The air conditioner worked but each time it turned off you could hear a constant dripping. The pullout mattress had stains on it as well as the seat cushions. You could also smell smoke. The staff that I dealt with were nice enough and did offer another room for the second night that we booked but we did not want to stay at the facility another night.

This hotel was wonderful!! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient location! We have family in Sanger and it’s a wonderful halfway point between Dallas and Sanger. This is the place we will always stay when we visit family going forward. Kudos to Cookie, Romeo, Maria and Sunny!

We got in late and left early. The front desk clerk was super nice. We got checked in and went to bed. The room was very big. Very clean. Beds were comfy. Hotel was quiet. Didnt heae a thing. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage parties, biscuits and gravy. They had cereal, fruit and juice and coffee. There was make your own waffles. Would stay there again.

Room no remote, staff not friendly. I had no requests but was in a room without soap in tub dispenses. Torn furniture sofa. I took a picture to show to them. When I checked in.
